Just received this call as well and I quickly pressed the decline button. Don't know anyone in Kissimmee, FL.

My call blocker just did its job. Truncated voicemail said "....if you want to take advantage of this promotion, press 1. If you want to be removed from this list, press 2."

My cell just got this number, rang twice and stopped, no message, unknown origin. It is getting ridiculous with these unknown calls. I think I have over 20 on my call blocking at Comcast, need to be able to add several more but their system is not working.

I use Trend Micro Mobile Security. I have it set to block EVERYBODY and I allow only "whitelisted" callers of my choosing.

Same on 10/18/14. Just blocked it on the phone for the future.

It is helpful to see others post this annoying type of call. It feels like a real intrusion when it comes in on my cell (a number I don't usually give out!) Saw call on ID but did not answer. No message left.

Got a call a minute ago which is why I am here now. We need to make a stand with the so called "No Call List Registry" as it does not seem to work. My landline and cell get too many bogus calls. I have the same numbers for at least 10 years so changing is not favorable.

Any votes or ideas welcomed.

What we need to 'take a stand' on is your complete lack of understanding of what the Do-Not-Call list is, & does. Honest business' follow it. You are being called by foreign, and domestic criminals when you are on the DNC, but get a telemarketing call. A host of scammers are calling you to steal personal & financial information. Why would a criminal not call you? Because you are on the DNC & you tell them not to? Since when did criminals follow any point of law?

Of course someone will get your number.  It's just a number, not a magical code.  Put yourself on the no-call list for ALL states.  They could still be calling from another state with a redirected number, genius.  Also, a no-call list acts as a no-contact order.  Yes, they CAN still call you.  If you can actually extend yourself to do a little work to protect yourself since that's YOUR job, not the governments, not your daddy's, not some magical agency's, then you should attempt to get the address/location.  THEN and ONLY THEN can your prosecute, and that's only if you have your exact receiving number on the no-call list in all states.

They called my cell phone! My CELL phone! The nerve! The unmitigated gall! Quel chutzpah! My voice mailbox is full and it showed up as a missed call. I'm not sure I can bear the suspense. Who ARE these people?

Do not rely on the information that is displayed on caller id. The numbers you are seeing probably being spoofed in an effort to hide the actual number.

It's called the NATIONAL do not call registry.. not a state registry...

The law prohibits anyone from soliciting via phone call unless they are:
Someone you've done business with in the last 18 months (unless you ask them not to call you)
Charity
Political Inquiry
Survey Company

I just received a missed all from 407.933.5314. I went to call back and received a recording that this number is no longer is service. I don't know if any of you folks have been looking for a job but I've been replying to classified ads that I think are ligate and was going to post my resume today even....I think I'll skip .... just in case.
