- Tommy#$%hole keeps calling. When you callback it says that the # is disconnected. They have a good computer programmer that makes thier caller ID show this #.
- TJI also filed a complaint with the FCC for this man swearing at me.
- Caller: Unknown
- ShaHave gotten several calls from this number 1-407-957-5956. Only answered it once. The man told me I had credit card and medical bills that were unpaid. I told him I only have a couple credit cards. He then kept trying to get me to tell him about how much my debt was. I told him I didn't know. He was very persistant, but I didn't give him any information. I told him I had to get to work soon. I don't like getting these stupid calls, especially on my cell phone.
- CharleneI received several calls from this # and i called them back and finally got in touch with someone---very hard to believe. The guy said it was "Consumer Financial" and i am suppose to be taken off calling list. I doubt that very seriously.
- Caller: Consumer Financial
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Able57| 1 replyI have received phone calls from this number several times over the past three months. The first time I answered and was told the person was from a debt consolidation company. I told them I was not interested and that they should take me off their calling list. I filled out an FCC complaint form on line today. If everyone who receives a call from this phone number would do the same, this would hopefully stop this kind of nonsense. The form took me about 10 minutes to complete. FILL OUT THE FCC FORM TODAY!!

- Anne replies to AdamI got a call today from this same number - it was a woman with a mid-eastern accent wanting to talk to me about my outstanding creditcard debts. I told her I had none, not to call me again, and hung up. Then I filed a complaint with the FTC. If enough people filed a complaint with the FTC, maybe we may get these people to stop.
- Anne replies to CCFile a complaint with the FTC - go to their website. If enough people complain, maybe they will do something about it.
- Anne replies to DanGot a call this morning - woman with a mid eastern accent - she asked for me by name as well. Am a senior citizen with no outstanding big credit card debt as she suggested that I had. Filed a complaint with FTC - so do what you can do to get these people to adhere to the Do Not Call list.
- burkey replies to edI have received a number of calls from this same person. I called News 13 in St.Cloud, FL to see if they could do anything. They said to call the police here in Dunnellon,FL where I live. I also called my phone company to have a block put on the caller, but I was told that since it isn't in my area I could not do it. So I guess I'll call the police, I am sure they won't do anything. But what the hey!!! give it a shot.

- MissouriI received the same call from this number. The middle eastern man said his name was Marvin and he was calling from Consumer Financial. He wanted to speak with my husband about a request he had made on one of our accounts and that he needed some account information. I asked a lot of questions knowing that we had no account with Consumer Financial and that if he was legit then he would already have access to that information. He hung up on me. I then decided to return the call and like all of you the number had been disconnected. I received two calls from him that day. The next morning I called the FBI and reported all the information to them and gave them permission to have access to phone records, phone lines, etc. I then called the phone company to find out how to get rid of this idiot. They told me that if you *72 this requires phone numbers to be identified before they can come through on caller id. They also told me that you can *60 a number and block that particular number. After all of this I sat and waited for him to call and before noon he did. I told him that I had released everything to the FBI. He thought it was funny that I had turned that phone number over. I then explained to him that they had access to everything. He just hung up on me. After receiving that call and we had hung up I pushed *60. *60 will only work on the last number that called you. I haven't heard from anyone since! I don't know if it is because I reported to the FBI or because I blocked the call and I really don't care....at least it quit. I just wanted to let you all know my solution to this problem. I encourage all of you to report this to the FBI so that if they receive enough complaints they will begin an investigation. I would like to see nothing more than this arrogant idiot stopped in his tracks! That way I can get the last laugh.:)
