IRS  Scammers. I believe they are utilizing something similar to Google Voice. Just block them. Or if you want to have fun, record call from them and act like a victim. Feed them bogus credit card info.  It's great fun when you have the time!!!

Got a call this morning. Didn't answer, let it go to machine. No voice message left.

Delbert dipsticks, these guys. Nice business plan morons, you call and hang up.Boy, that sure must generate the profits.

Called just now at 12:11 pm. CID was "California". I didn't pick up and they left no message.

So guy from California Builder Associate having some ABC years anniversary and offering a 20% discount.  I've Google "California Builder Associate" at my desk while the guy was talking.  No hits.  Replied I don't need any home improvement and hang-up.

Spanish-sounded caller left msg saying "pure Columbian white for sale in 0.5kg, 1kg and 2kg bags."

Wow, did not know illegal drugs are now legal to sell in California.  Time to uproot my coffee trees and plant Coca trees.

Caller says that US accused Russia of making a blunder by deploying airstrikes on Syrian Jihadists/rebels because those islamists were funded and trained by the US.

Scammer that cannot be called back.  Next time they call I will probably answer with a bad word tirade regarding their parentage and something about their mother.

There is a class of these sorts of callers that simply program their system to note whether the party answers and the time of the call. If you answer, they hang up and sell your number to other scammers, as a number more likely to answer during the particular time of the day. This information has value.

(408) 933-9209 i been getting the same calls from these guys and today i think they waited till i left to come over to talk to my 86 year old mother also im wondering if any body that gets these same calls,do you have a call blocking app on your phone that you pay for monthly because i just got one two months ago and it seems like since i got the app thats when the strange calls began for me so im thinking maybe that how the people that own the app are keeping there costomers by doing strange calls to people to keep there app in service to make them $$$$$$$$
