Got 5 calls within an hour from some B**** named Miller Diane @ 408-264-3227. My caller ID shows up on my TV screen so I don't answer, but its DAMN annoying. They called a few times last night as well. So sick of these LOSER scammers. They can all hang themselves with a phone cord for all i care. I DON'T !!

Telemarketer. There IS a way to block future calls from this and every phone number you don't want to have call you.  I set up a contact named   AD - BLOCK THIS.  I add every scam number to this. Have 13 numbers now and growing. On my iPhone, i blocked the call by going to   SETTINGS --> PHONE --> BLOCKED and adding the contact name of AD - BLOCK THIS (or whatever you want to call it). I no longer get calls from each of those designated numbers.

This is a known spammer by the name of Ryan Lenahan who's been busted for SMS spam by the FTC. He's now spamming using an autodialer to his stolen data/customer list.

Ryan uses spoofed caller id in the NPA|NXX of your local exchange to try to get you to pickup.

1/2 the time he uses his tools to simply verify your number is in service and live, the other half is for him to market spam to you.

Don't answer and file complaints with the FTC for his phone spam

Everyone in this thread said that they are getting phone calls, yet you state that this person is sending text messages.  You also reported this under at least one other number that I have found so far.  It is beginning to look more like a spam vendetta posting.
