Called and when I answered, they hung up.  No message left either.  Called Id says San Jose, CA

CNTRL CONCRETE showed up on my call blocker's screen.  I've blocked are codes, and this is on of the many in 408 that is spoofed to Gilroy/Los Gatos/Morgan Hill area, so I've blocked also this AC.  I separately define numbers that can pass through the blocker to my phone.  The Blocker is busy, but my phone isn't.

Keeps calling and does not leave a message...It is a San Jose number but does not answer when I picked up..must be a scam

Block this one!  This is part of a dope addict group trying to scam old people with a construction pitch.  San Quentin State Prison awaits!!

caller ID is just a string of numbers. I screen all calls, now, but this one will definately be blocked, thanks to other's comments!

Just got another call from them, The "Clean Energy Initiative" telemarketing spammers.  Wasted a good 15 min trying to get any info out of them.. They will not give you a company name, email, website, or phone number to call back on.

Basically they try to get you to say ok to send out a "solar consultant" to your home.

Stated that he was from energy solar iniciative, I asked him why he was calling to a # on the do not call list, he responded that he did not know, he still kept talking like he was welcome to continue, I sended his # to rejects.

I question the validity of this call

ANOTHER call even after I told them to stop calling.  Luckily I have a spam sensor on my cell.  STOP!

"Cntrl Concrete" shows on caller ID. "Debbie, California Research Initiative, with non-stop jibberish refusing to answer basic questions like, Where are you calling from? Who do you work for? Who pays your salary? She sounded like a tweaker and wouldn't shut up. I finally hung up on her

Same BS energy initiative pitching solar that always calls. Pleasant enough gal though. I asked why their number showed Central Concrete, and she said it must be some glitch with the phone co. Uhhh, yeah...

I keep getting phone calls from +1-408-404-2210 and they never leave a message and I want them to stop.
I have blocked this from my phone and it still comes through.

Caller ID said Central Concrete, didn't leave a message.  I Contacted Central Concrete, and confirmed that this is not one of their numbers.  Someone's idea of a practical joke.

It was someone calling about a clean energy initiative

I have received two calls in as many days from the above number. They have not left a message. I have never done business with this company and have now placed them on my blocked calls list!
