Scammers!!!!!!!!!! I called them back and when the girl answered the phone she called me by my name. She knew my first and last name. She stated that I recently purchased something from one of their marketing companies and they wanted to offer me some free gas and magazines. I asked if they had my credit card number and she said no. I asked her to stop calling me and to remove my number and she just ok and hung up.

Just got a call from this number. Did not pick up the phone.

i got a call from them and the woman was rude when i asked who she was.  She actually said, "I just told you who I am".   So I hung up and their recording comes on that "we've been trying to contact you to offer you our special money savings program!"   Then I pressed 2 which supposedly puts you on their "DO NOT CALL" list.  

If you answer, just say nothing and see how long before they hang up.  They are scum telemarketers.   Hey, how come Obama does not get rid of telemarketers immediately?  Now that would be change I can believe in.

I keep getting phone calls - they are harassing me!

Just had a call from the 408-651-8160 number.  Telling me I had been referred to them by someone I recently made a purchase with - quoting the last four digits of my credit card number!!!!  Was offered the usual gas coupons and told that something was coming in the mail, which I was not obliged to sign up for.

When I asked where they got my telephone number from and the last four digits of my credit card, she said they were not at liberty to tell me that!  

I asked that they remove me from their list and not call me again, but I would really like to know where they got my details from, especially my credit card details!!!!!

I am fuming mad right now.

They called me many times. I called them back and they knew i called them back because i put it on mute and the guy answers "Quality Resources? Mr. XXX? Hello? Quality Resources?" He then hung up.

Well I have a blackberry app named "Bluff My Call" (also available for IPhone when you hack your firmware) I called them back using a different number and i got a different recording which was a phone tree for transferring to a rep or taking the number off a DO NOT CALL LIST. So i looked up this company, here is what i found:

I got the same exact thing today.  When I asked who gave them my number and the last 4 digits of my credit card they said that it was from a company that they work with.  And that I either purchased something online or over the phone recently.  I am assuming that once they have a mailing address like they requested, they can use the information that they already have along with the billing address and make purchases off of the credit card.

I just returned the call to 408-651-8160. The started by telling me they were sending me $40 if FREE gas vouchers, and then went on to start explaining a 30-day blah blah blah at which time I interrupted. I asked to be put on a do not call list. The guy politely told me he would and gave me an 800 number to call back with questions regarding that do not call list. He said the number so fast, though, that I just hung up instead of asking him to repeat it. I figured they will find a way to call me back if they really want to. At least they answered and at least the dude was polite.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that it was a bit creepy that when I called them back they said "Thanks for calling back [first and last name]. A little too big brotherish for my taste.

They called me twice and made me a hard time vith free gas voucher for $40
then i would need to pay $25 a mo. to get some discounts in many companies like Home Depot and Blockbuster

This company us the same company that has contacted me in the past, but with different 866 numbers offering Wal-Mart gift cards and free gas. Super-annoying.

I'm a physician, so having to hit cancel on my calls each time the phone rang was annoying both to me and my patients. I took someone's advice on this site about messing with them. So when they asked if I was so and so, I said ya'--> They then went on with their entire story (as I filed my nails) and then I started talking in another language. They were so pissed when they kept repeating my name. They tried one more time, at which point I started talking in another language again and they haven't called back since. This has been going on for MONTHS will all different numbers. Oh, and they never left a message. Sometimes even hung up by the time I answered.

As much as I don't have the time to waste on this, it was worth giving a try since they called every hour on the hour (or so it seemed), morning and night, and on weekends. It got frustrating and the DNC registry doesn't allow you to make complaints intil 31 days after you register...which is pointless, since you'd have pulled all your hair out by that point. LOL.

I have been getting calls with this number 408-651-8160 and I usually ignore it because I don't answer calls I don't recognize. I finally answered today and was told I am getting gas vouchers in 2 to 3 weeks and my 30 day trial will only be $1 and after that I will be charged $24.99 a month for discounts to places like Home Depot blah blah blah... They said they would charge me to the credit card they had on file ending in ####. I said "how did you get my cc #?" and they said I purchased something from one of their marketing partners. I asked which one and they couldn't tell me. I said I am very pissed off and I don't want to hear their marketing job required text book answers I want to know who the hell gave them my credit card number. They said "we are sorry you will not receive gas vouchers" than hung up on me. I wish I knew who was giving out my credit card information so I knew never to purchase from them again!!!!! GRRRRRRRR

they are some discount thing and its a bait and switch

I am sick of these calls to my cell phone.  It costs me money everytime they call me (unless it is on a weekend).  How do I get off this call list?  When I do answer, they say they will take me off, but it never happens.

I got 2 calls in about 1 hour's time.  each time I asked that they not call back if it is a telemarketing call.  I haven't had a credit card, mush less a debit card in about 2 years, so their list is awfully old.  Plus, they said that they were with quality assurance?  never heard of them, and don't want to deal with them anyway.  I have told both of the people that i spoke to that I am to be put on the DNC list.  This is the 1st time I have ever received a call from this number.

I am now getting as many as4-6 calls a day on my land line and my cell number.  Driving me crazy.  After reading all the posts it looks as if there is no way to stop it?
