Received a call at 3am, 4 am, and then again at 6am.  Noone ever on the other end.

got woken up twice with calls at 5:23 am and 3:26 am.  this is ridiculous.

Rec'd two calls early morning.  Caller ID stated "Soft Tower".  Phone rang once, then hung up.  I called the number back, and the msg stes" Thank you for calling back.  If you prefer to be removed from our Marketing List then press "1"."  This is a scan of some sort and needs to stop.

Received a call at 3:30 AM.  I answered, but no one responded.
Received a call at 5:30 AM.  Let the phone ring.  They disconnected after third ring.

an elderly couple in my church got calls starting at 1am called every hour for 4 hours. Rang once or twice then hung up.

Got FOUR calls last night from phone number 408-651-8179. One at 3:17A, then again at 4:11A, then again at 4:12A and the last at 6:13A. My husband dragged his ass to work and I have a major writing assignment today that will suffer. Perhaps it's a plot to interrupt the sleep patterns of everyday Americans! Get these people off the phone lines!

August 6th at 2:30 and 3:00am we get a call. Someone stop this company.

Called 1:54, 3:23, 5:20 am.  When I called back recording told me if I was not interested in their special offer (PLEASE) to push "1" if I wanted to be removed from their list.  After then being told it would take up to 72 hours for my number to be removed the call disconnected. Oh and then it told me to have a nice day.  Someone screwing with people.  Bad karma.

got a call at 250am, then another at 315am, 355am and then at 556am, woke me up each time. caller id has name unknown, CA....reported to phone company and having the number blocked

Calls received at 3:28am & 5:28am this morning. Did not answer; first call rang 4 times, second call rang twice.

Received call at 03:40 - one ring, then another call at 05:41 on 10/06/09.

Received a call this morning from this number at 3am only rang once then again at 3:30am when answered and they hung up then again at 5am when answered they hung up again caller ID said CA cell phone. I called the number back and got a recording telling me to push one to be removed from their call list.

Same thing in AZ.  Three calls this early morning. No reply.  It is BS that there are complaints from Aug and this is still happening. I'm on the Do not call list etc.  If these companies are going to do this they need to be able to be reached and use a company name, period.  I don't even know what they had to offer!

With regard to 408-651-8179 please file a complaint with the FCC at:

If they receive enough complaints, and this website alone has them, they will investigate and fine the company that hosts this number.

Got phone call at 1:30am, said "408" in my caller ID
Then another call at 3am and another at 5:30am caller ID said "Tower Soft"

I also had 2 calls from this phone number, one at 4am and the other at 6am.  I have caller ID so didn't pick up.  I am on the 'do not call list' but lately been getting alot of calls.  Not sure what is going on

Received calls at 0330 and 0400, 0500 and 06. Caller ID says Tower Soft with the phone number. Each call rang 2 times. No one there when picked up phone.
