three wake up calls last night oct 6th,  2, 3, and 4 am.  very disturbing.

got 3 calls from this name 1 at 3:09am know one answer again at 3:45am know answer and again at 4:45am know answer caller id Tower Soft how co you stop this.

Got 3 phone calls woke me up all 3  times. Have an elderly Grandma, so calls in the middle of the night are a bit unsettling.

408-651-8179 Caller ID says Tower Soft. First Call said Out of the Area.

Called at: 3:27, 3:28 and 5:28.

Got two calls this morning at 3:31 a.m. and 5:32 a.m. according to my fax/phone log!  The government spends all their time trying to regulate many things that do not need to be regulated but they need to spend more time policing the "Do not Call" lists and the Federal Communications needs a big "shake up"! Log says calls made from cell phone in CA!

This number called 5 times from 3:00 a.m.-5:56 a.m.  No one on the line.  I have parents out of state who have medical issues and do not appreciate these types of calls!!!

one call at 3:28 this morning another at 5:23... no one on other end. put a block on the number but will also report to donotcall.gov

Two calls on 10/6/90:  one at 3:51 a.m. and another at 5:52 a.m.
This was especially distressing because our dog was in the hospital suffering from multiple seizures.  I am reporting both to the FTC.  The first call had a caller ID of Tower Soft.  I plan to call that company as well (even though it probably isn't the real Tower Soft); perhaps the real Tower Soft has some stake in getting these calls to discontinue.

Receiving call every 2 hours between 12:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m
Shut these people down and report them to the D.A.'s office & the FTC

Called at 3 4 and 5 am this am no one there when answered

Received calls during night, 2:30 AM, 3:45 AM and 5:54AM.  No one on line when I answered the call

Called several times in the middle of the night.  Calling back just says "type 1 to be removed from our list"

REC'D FIRST CALL AT 3:30 AM   2 RINGS AND NOONE THERE...2ND. CALL AT 5:30 AM.  CALLED THE NUMBER AND GOT MESSAGE TO PRESS 1 IF I DID NOT WANT ANY MESSAGES FROM THIS COMPANY.  WHAT COMPANY????

3 calls from this phone number came twice at 3:24 am, and once at 5:23 am. When my wife and I answered, the caller just hung up. Woke all of us up at that early hour. What a creep! I did some research on the internet. It says that this number is a land line (OUR PHONE CALLER ID SAID IT IS A CELL PHONE!) in Salinas, CA, Monterey County and provider is DigitCom Services. Somebody should complain to the FBI or FCC or something. I was shocked to find so many complaints about getting calls at weird hours posted on the internet.

Phone rang at home in San Rafael, CA at 2am once. No caller ID recorded.  Rang again at 2:45am and 3:30am. No message left but caller ID said Tower Soft. I called the number this morning and robotic message offered opportunity to get off of call list.  I am on the National Do Not Call List and this is an invasion of my space.  I emailed a Tower Soft in the UK and calls are not from them.  408 area code is in Santa Clara County, CA.

I scrolled through the complaints and found one with "Jacobs" in the nickname.  My surname is Jacobs. Any of you other complainers have the Jacobs surname? I am in the SF Bay Area and as far as I can tell the only one to find this site from my area.  Most of you seem to be in Arizona.

4:10am and 6:11am. Unacceptable. Creates panic in the middle of the night. Completely WRONG. I never want to call these numbers back b/c I don't trust that any button I push will be in my favor.

Do I report to my phone company?

does anyone know  who this is ?? I have heard macys but I am not late on my bill...
