Thank you for your fine work. You are my heros. Let me be the first to say "i love you guys." I have yet to receive a call from this 408 #, but have received it from this company's many other call centers. Love the explanation, Lou. Hey maybe, it is true. I don't know.  That is why I have forwarded this thread on to 20/20. If they can investigate this, maybe everyone will win.  Maybe they can stop the calls for all of us and, as an bonus, stop the identity fraud being perpetrated against LAP's company.  I encourage all of you to contact 20/20 as well. You too Lou.  If every one does so maybe they'll be more likely to investigate this for us. oops. posted to wrong thread. sorry. but since i'm here...if anyone can find a link among CDS and Automotive Warranty Solutions (CEO - Ralph Mancuso) and Warranties for Less (Phil Piccolo)it would be interesting...(found interesting stuff on http://www.moneymakergroup.com/Warranties-Http-www-t182839.html&st=15).  I think, maybe these places are all linked somehow.  Maybe there's some kind of pyramid thing going on. Otherwise, why would all of these different numbers be calling at the same time about the same service.  Never got this many telemarketers at once.

I have been getting these calls for over 2 months now, and I'm also on the Do Not Call Registry; Every time I'd call them back or ask to talk w/ their supervisor, they refuse and hang up; every time I'd ask which company they're with, they tell me they'll call me back and refuse to disclose who they are;

I have heard so many things, from so many different people on here.. One says that the telemarketing firm's telephone service carrier is Freedom Ring Communications (D.B.A. Bay Ring Communications); I also hear it's called Total Marketing Solutions, etc etc.. We really need to come up with something fast!

What I was thinking, is this- one of us sign up for something, build some good rapport with one of the reps, get as much info as we can, then BANG!

Class action law suit? Yes, indeed!

The company is called Digitcom Service, Inc. located at 400 Corporate Pointe, Culver City, CA. phone number is 800.464.5446
They provide the services to the call center who has been calling us- the man I talked to recognized all of the phone numbers I mentioned too!
Call and complain!

Lots of calls from this number to my Skype phone.  I live in Finland but have a FLorida number for friends/family there.  I must get several calls a week from this company using different numbers.  If I don't recognize the number I don't answer and they don't leave a message, however it is annoying!

I am receiving the calls primarily from 603-214-3551 and 603-412-3691.  I have unidentified callers blocked on my phone, however since the call is always identified as coming from Errol, NH it gets through.  I am also on the Do Not Call list and I have informed the sales reps of this and told them they are subject to fines and Federal sanctions if they do not remove me and continue to call.  I was hung up on repeatedly.  My solution was to have my phone company trace the call using the *57 feature.  This does vary with carriers.  I received the three required calls from this number and a complaint has been filed by my phone company with the Coconino County, AZ Sheriff's office.  My advice is to contact your phone company, get the trace number - there is a fee - but your phone service carrier is better equiped to handle annoyance and harassing calls.

they just tried calling me....but I leave my fax machine on when I don't recognize the number....tried calling back but get a busy signal..

I was originally getting the "expired Warranty" calls from a number identified as Errol, NH, 603-214-3658. I finally connected with a Representative and told him to stop calling.  The calls from CAW - 408-651-8192 began today.

i get calls like this every weeek from a different number every time, but its always from california.  when i press one to talk to a rep, the person wont say anything.  the funniest thing is that im only 17 and i dont even have a car!

I have been getting these phone calls almost daily. I re-registered our number under the DO NOT CALL LIST which will not update until July.
Once we are enlisted AGAIN. I can finally call and report them. Until then I will rely on my Telazapper and caller ID.

At least my kids have learned that they have to look at the Caller ID before answering the phone. If it's not a name they know they do not answer.

I continue to receive calls from this number on a regular basis.

I can narrow down who would have had my phone info to 2 places- the local toyota dealer, and cars.com in my supposedly private info. Anybody else???

They just called me here in Orlando at my office. I hung up and tried back and got the same thing as you all have.
It's ridiculous and I handle events. I have no time for crap phone calls.

I have been geting a call to my cell phone from this number everyday. My cell number is on the National Do not call list. They won't remove my number and won't give me a honest name. Message is about my factor warranty on my car. They are a big joke! Here is how you place your number on the do not call list. REMINDER..10 days from today, all cell phone numbers are being released to telemarketing companies and you will start to receive sales calls.


To prevent this, call the following number from your cell phone:888-382-1222.

It is the National DO NOT CALL list. It will only take a minute of your time..
It blocks your number for five (5) years.
You must call from the cell phone number you want to have blocked.
You cannot call from a different phone number.
