A message was left on my phone today (11:14am) stating his name was David Rosen. He left a threating message, that he was going to call my work place, and my family, if I did not call him back. His words was I could be arrested. For what I have no idea. I did save the message. He has a FOREIGNER ACCENT.

I received a call at work from a man I could not hardly understand he sd He was from some law enforcement and he was getting ready to send paperwork to court to file fraudulent charges for and unpaid eloan unless I agreed to make pymnt arrangement for full amount or break it up into payments he wouldnt send any paperwork but wanted me to fax my signature,proof of id and,last 4 of social by 6pm today,he had me so nervous, I called an attorney who told me possible scam

I just received a phone call from a Dale Watson.  Saying I owe on a paydayloan and he is with a legal office.  I don't have a payloan out with said company.  He became very irrate when I told him I could not understand him with his accent and that my phone was cutting out.

I keep being harasseby this people from the number 4093566912.

The caller said he was from some type of law enforcement and investigation agency and wanted me to make arrangements to pay for a loan I never took out. I will be forwarding my complaint to the police department, the FBI and the Federal Trades Commission. They are scammers hoping to prey on unsuspecting people. Don't fall for their tactics, what they are doing is illegal and will continue unless everyone they contact makes it abundantly clear that they are frauds.

i have also got a call from this david at my job so after i got home i thought about it so i call him back just to see what was really going on so i knew the man was lieing so i hung up so i waited and call him back and told him is phone number was going to be invesitgated so we will see what happens but my thing is what is he trying to to do is he just a nut case

I got a call from a guy names patrick martin stating he was from dept of law investigation. I told him I was full aware of his dumb games, told him to get lost & get a real job!!!

I got a message from an Indian-sounding man, called himself David Martin, saying he was from an investigation law firm that had me under investigation and there was a lawsuit against me.  I was supposed to call him back immediately because I had been "evading" his calls so far and I better hurry up and do it so that he did not have to start calling my friends and family and tell them what terrible thing I did and pretty soon I was going to be sad sitting behind "the bars" because of what I did.

What a joke.

Frank Anderson first called my office and was rude to my employees, demanding to speak with me immediately. He said he was from the Department of Law and Investigations.   All calls coming into my call center are recorded so I at least have the initial call.    My assistant called me at home and relayed the message.  I called and asked to speak with Frank and instead got David Watson.  He started asking me for personal information - address, alternate phone numbers, then date of birth and social security number.  I told him he is an idiot.  I'm not giving him any information.  He started yelling at me that I am a "credit fraud" and a "criminal" and he was going to file charges against me and that he would sue me and take everything I own. He said he would call my family and neighbors and tell them all what I've done.  I invited him to please do that an asked how he would accomplish that if he didn't even know my name.  I hung up on him and the twit called me right back. He said he was "coming for me"  so I just started repeating everything he said to me....it drove him nuts and with his voice escalating he finally ended the conversation by screaming "go to hell.....go to hell....f*** off"  and hung up.  oops.  Calls came from 409-356-6912.   I am reporting the call.   Don't think it will result in anything but it makes me feel better.  I may call him back just for giggles.

This person is calling me and my family members and harrassing them, telling them hes in law enforcement. And if they dont get me to contact him they will face the same legal percussions as me..And i have NOT A DAMN CLUE who this is or wat it is about!!!!!!!!!!! [***] FOREIGNERS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a phone call saying that my name was forwarded to them for litigation and that I owe money.  Had this number call me before and was told that this is a scam.

I got the wonderful call from these asian individuals who claim to be of the Department of Law. I would not let them speak and advised that I will find out where they are and come there and break their knee caps. That I deal with law officials everyday and that I have no problem getting the FBI involved in this. At the end of the conversation they stated that they would stop calling. I dare them to call next time...just look at my name...!

the same thing has happened to me and has been happening for the past 3/4 years i was told that the only thing to do was to change your phone number because of the number that their or he is using is blocked or can't be tracket by the government. i talked to the FBI so i know for sure what's going on and my best advice is to don't answer the phone and to change your number. also to a post earlier, he called my work about a year ago and demanded to speak witih my manager, he told her that she could go eat pu** and to fu** off and that he wanted to talk to our corrporate and he did and was very mean to them as well. i have still been getting phone calls from him from different numbers. and even my boyfriend has spoken with him and he told him bs that if i was really being sued then they would have never talked to him about me bc he's my boyfriend. im very sorry to know that other people are going through this but glad to know im not really being sued. i just hope whoever he tries to scam understands whats going on and doesn't give him any money. GOD BLESS THIS MAN'S SOUL!!!!!

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE STOP THESE INDIAN [***]!! IM SO SICK OF THIS BS. ITS BEEN GOING ON FOR ALMOST 2 YRS NOW!!

I have received disturbing calls from foreign gentlemen using the names David Watson and Frank Anderson. They told me I was having charged pressed against me for fraud and not paying back a loan I never received. They knew my name, my social security number, my bank account info, my Email, everything. At first I wasn't sure of anything, but as he kept on he stated that I would be taken to court and sent to jail for more than 30 days. They told me I owed $496 and would settle for payments of $350 and $146. They told me to send a fax to Keith Russell saying he was from the court house and was handling my case. I had to fax an approval to charge my Debit card and a copy of my drivers license. In my panic I paid the charge and sent the fax with a copy of my license. Soon after I found this site saying it was a fraud and I feel so stupid. Is there anyway I can stop the harassment and rid them of all my personal information. Please some give me some helpful advice I am really freaking out about this because I just threw away very important money and now that they have all my personal info, they can destroy me. What can I do to stop all of this once and for all????????

This guy David Watson called me stating he was with Law Enforcement out of Galveston Texas. I am happy that I googled this number and stumbled over this blog. Darn Jackazzz..... SCAM SCAM SCAM... I dont have a loan with any financial institutions at this time.

This number keeps calling me. It's a guy with a middle eastern accent and keeps threatining me.

My attorney has filed a report with the police department, the FTC, and the AG. I, too, received a voice mail stating I owed for a cash advance that I had taken out online. He threatened that he didn't know what would happen if I ignored his call. Stupid me, I called back. I first talked with David Watson at the Texas Department of Law and Investigation. I could barely understand him. He connected me with Ben Wilson. He told me I had 3 counts that were going to be filed against me in Texas....1) Violation of Federal Banking Regulations, 2) Check Fraud, and 3) Theft by deception. I was stunned. I contacted my attorney. It was my pleasure to call "BEN" back and inform him that MY ATTORNEY said to do what ever he had to do, but "BEN", the "TEXAS DEPT. OF LAW AND INVESTIGATION", and the telephone number "409-35-6912" had been reported to the police, the FBI, The FTC, and the AG.

I have been receiving calls like this for at least a week now.  I spoke with "John Anderson" of course.  I felt extremely racist when I called him Habeeb and told him not to call me anymore... And of course he called back.  So this is what I did...  I personally called them for 2 hours straight, to the point where they were so exhausted from talking to me that they couldn't stand to answer the phone.  They disconnected the number.  Well today I got a call from the number listed above and plan to do the same thing.  I don't like being harassed and have no plans on being any sort of phone scam victim.  I hope you guys all have resolved your issues with this, I am about to do the same! xo
