Called twice in one week, robocall hangups.  I traced the number with*69, called back and it said not in service.  Obviously scam artists playing games with fake numbers.  They're wasting their time calling my house phone since I only use it for Internet and don't answer it.  Losers!

Note sure how they are allowed to call - This address is not in Duquesne Light's service area, so we have NEVER been a customer of Duquesne Light.
But we will see - I filed a complaint on the PA Attorney General Website.

1ST they blew up my home number about switching utilitiy co I told them I was not interested. Now they are call my cell phone from a totally differant number. They called before from a 814 area code now it's 412. When you call it back that number is not in service .hum how can that be.

Keeps calling my cell phone daily at 1:37 pm.  IF I answer, no response at all.

This same telemarketer is now using a new disconnected number as the "call from" number; it seems to change weekly.  This week it is 412-213-9095.

No one has to "be nice" to a telemarketer scam artist harassing them on the phone as much as 3 or 4 times a day every day of the week, mostly hangup calls and automated robocalls.  These newest utility scammers are not "allowed to call" to get people's personal information or illegally switch their electric without their knowledge.  You must work for them.  These scumbags have been harassing me daily for 2 weeks, and I don't even pay for  my own electric since it's included in my rent!!! I'm not even a customer of Duquesne Light here in Pittsburgh and suddenly they've started harassing me.  I'm not obligated to be nice or have manners with these bottom feeders and neither is anyone else they're bothering.

If I follow the prompts I get an associate on the phone and when I ask to be put on their Do Not Call List he hangs up. My problem is that if I call the number I get a message that the number is not in service or disconnected. These numbers also solicit the same scam: 412-336-5231, 412-213-9095, 412-355-6262, 412-775-3939, 412-744-2424, 412-213-9099, 412-665-7841.
