They keep calling and every time I answer no one says anything.  It annoying

Everyone below says it's PNC. I don't even have a PNC account, not one account of any kind with them, nor do I have any debts to be collected by them or by any of their collectors. I tried to call them back on a number that is not my own and got "Consumer Services" when the man picked up my line. I immediately hung up the phone. Bye bye, scam artists!

I dropped off the check at their bank deposit box the day  it was due, the next day they called me, minutes later the local PNC bank I dropped it off at posted it and they stopped calling me.

Dumbass hungry collection agency looking to get your money so they can charge PNC for their service.

Mean, hateful people....Rude.

Asked for an employee.  I told them I would take a message and asked for a call back number.  They refused.

Have called my husband for a few weeks, but won't talk with him. Says it's personal. When he handed me the phone they wanted me to give security information to them - and we didn't call them. They gave me 1888-PNC-Bank phone number so I can call direct. The only way you can talk to someone if you say you have a loan is to type in your social security number - yeah, that's not going to happen. Scary. They also said they won't send an email, which is what I requested.

Comes up on Caller ID as CLC Consumer SV 412-768-0662. It IS PNC Bank. I have a loan with these MF's, and if the payment is one day late, they withdraw money from my account automatically. Routinely, they "forget" to record the withdrawal on their records or credit it as a payment to my account. They also call upwards of 10 times a day, even after withdrawing the payment amount and they assess all kinds of fake charges and fees. Pretty bad when the bankrobbers run the bank. Have reported their actions to the state Attorney General's office, the US Attorney General's office, the BBB and anyone else who will listen. DON'T EVER DEAL WITH PNC FOR ANYTHING. You would be wiser to borrow money from a loan shark.

We get their calls!!  We pay online on the due date but because PNC apparently doesn't talk to PNC they say it could take a few days to post to the account.  Not my problem.  I have proof I paid on the due date and the money left my account.  I can't help that you can't get the money from your own company!

I get 3-10 calls from this number at my business per day. There is never anyone on the line and they never leave a message.

I answered but no-one responded after hanging on the line for about 10 seconds.

As others have posted this is probably PNC Bank, since I am about three days late on a car payment with them. This happened once a couple of years ago too, I wasn't even a week late and they started calling! I'm okay with paying the late fee if I'm behind a handful of days, but it's not even a week late and they start calling? Insane!

I've been thinking about moving my loan to another bank for other reasons. PNC Bank seems like they are stuck in the 1950s - there's no way at all for me to check on my loan balance! I'm not talking about just online. I tried calling a couple times and each time I was told they couldn't check the balance for me and to try again later. So I went to a local branch and they told me that they only handled checking & savings and had no access to loan information!

This bank is ridiculous. I've just gone to another bank I deal with and filed for a loan payoff-transfer. I suspect my APR might be slightly higher at this other bank, but at least I'll be able to check on my account - well worth it to get away from PNC's ridiculousness.

Call received from this number with no message left when we do not answer. I do bank with PNC but have no loans or obligations of any kind. We will block.

I traded my car in and two days after the payment would've been due, they started their usual practices of harassment.   They know payoff is coming any day now and were told by dealer approximately when this will happen.  I realize the  debt is still mine until they are paid off, but c'mon. Two days past the due date? Screw them.  I blocked them.

received a call from 412-768-0662 which said there was a problem with my account. It gave an 800 number to call, but the man on the other end did not identify himself.  I called my local branch and there is no problem with my account.

These people keep calling my house about three or four times a day and I don't pick up.  But one day I decided to pick up and say hello may I help you,  The company hangs up.  I don't know who this company is.  I hope they stop calling!

412-768-0662 keeps calling my office multiple times a day, every day. I do pick up and no one is there. It often disconnects as soon as I pick up or say hello. If it's really PNC calling, what total [***].

This number calls the office all day long everyday of the week. No one here deals with this bank nor do they have any loans with them. I am sick of the harassment by this company. They even call when the bank is closed. Which is today! When you call them back to try to talk to a manager it says it's PNC Bank. You tell them to stop  calling, but they continue the calls!

Find out where Dan works. Meet him in the parking lot with a trained German Shepard. Instruct GS to greet him warmly and personally. Filming can be arranged as a training device for new Office employees at the collection agency. Dan may cease and desist quite promptly after he is taken to the hospital with multiple dog bites to his face and neck.

This number ((412) 768-0662) called me yesterday and started with asking me what my personal identifiers (date of birth, address, social) were "to verify" they had the caller that had a loan with PNC bank. I declined to give someone who I didn't know and didn't call my personal information. I told them I'd look up their bank's info and call a line that I could verify was theirs.
Today (Saturday) they called again in the morning. They didn't leave a message. I was in a meeting.
I called the number back and got a recording that their business hours on Saturday were only until 1pm Eastern and that I should call back during normal business hours.
They had called me on Friday at a time that was not "normal business hours". And then they'd called me on a Saturday morning - which I really don't think are "normal business hours."
Based on the posts in this site, it seems this bank uses intimidation and harassment with its customers.
