day me 20 times a day,I get respond please stop

I have received calls from this number daily - numerous times/day - for the last 3-4 days.  Sometimes I get a hang-up (it almost sounds like a computer-dialing system) and sometimes there is a person on the other end.  I've asked nicely that my name/number be removed, but I've still received calls.  So this afternoon I told them that I was on the "do not call" list (which I am) and that if they called me again I would report them.

This caller is calling and saying things like they'll charge 100 dollar and things- it's really fraudulent and they're harassing me all day- this caller needs to be charged for phone harassment and trying to scam you into spending money that you don't know what it's about.

Remember that giftcard you signed up for on facebook or whatever? And entered your name adress and telephone number into? well it was a scam to get your info, this person called me and several other people I know. He called ten times a day at all hours and hung up, when you try to call back the number can be reached. One guy did not hang up, but he asked to confirm my adress, I asked him how he got my info and he said he was from net detectives...

https://www.netdetective.com/       This is a scam sight that tells you that you can do full background checks on anyone you want, for $30. They really only offer names adresses and phone numbers, (Like what we typed in the boxes). I dont know if 4153635645 is netdetective trying to collect info from us. Or if  4153635645 is getting the info from netdetective.

these individuals areasking for credit card numbers and the verification code from the back. thecall came from this san francisco number.was very insistent on this,saying it would verify my address and i would recieve a free gift card.

my sister has been receiving calls from this number and another from the same group on her cell. Constant through the day sometimes while at school. She has answered and its either dead air or someone hangs up.  She reported the number to Cellcom her carrier and they cant do a thing. She is on the no call list starting in October but somehow shes afraid this idiot will get through.  Whoever it is be aware that you were reported to the FTC, the fraud unit at the GB Police Dept and Oconto Police Dept. both in Wisconsin and also the police department in San Franscisco and Cellcom filed a fraud/spam case against both numbers that were used.  
She wants nothing but to be left alone. She doesnt know how anyone got her info since she does not order anything online or by phone or mail. She has no credit card and only buys with cash.  This [***] has to stop.  If I myself get a call from whoever it is they will regret they ever found any of my information.

Your sister should contact her cell provider.  They might be able to block the number.  

If the number can't be blocked she needs to put the number in her contacts list and assign it the ring tone "no ring".  That won't stop the calls but it will make her phone stop ringing in class.

The easiest way to handle annoying calls if you can't stop them any other way is to do the following. Save the number into your caller ID and lable it as "solicitor or don't answer" in your cell. Then when they call you know NOT to answer. This also works if you don't want to date someone.

This guy called many times on my private phone, I don't how did they get my number and my address. And when I answer it it's very noisy soud like hes calling thru radio. He said that I have a 100Dollar gift card, I was thinking oh this is the first time i got call from gift cards. And I dicided let's play the game.  And in our conversation it end up that I have to pay $2.99 for shipping and handling for the gift card and I can only pay that amount if when I'm using the gift card in the store.. And I said that yeah I can pay that, that's only a $2.99 verus $100 And then he said my gift card is ready for shipping. And suddenly he ask what kind of card I'm using. And I said Visa, And then he want to know what is my card number and all of the information and then it pisses me off so I hang up the phone.. If anyone don't know where he came from? His accent is from India..

JUST GOT ANOTHER CALL FROM THIS # -after reading the reviews on here I answered it - they want to send me all kinds of free stuff from walmart - 100 gift card - some walmart vouchers and free gas vouchers - I just have to give them my debit card # or the # off of any visa or mc so they can charge me 250 for s&h and activation fees

They keep calling for no reason.

So I'm from Oregon and I don't like answering calls I don't know the area code. they call probably 7 times day day for the past 4 days... they've already called 3 times today and its not even noon yet! I call them back and it says all their circuits are busy please call back later. I'll answer the phone when they call and I won't say anything and they just hang up.. no sound or anything but I'm sick of them!

I keep getting calls from this number, anywhere from 4 to 10 calls a day.

This is very annoying, whomever it is has a lot of time on their hand, but I believe its because of those payday loan things that allows them to get personal information.I'm not sure if its sold to them or they just straight up piracy invasion. So, I'll have to block the number to get rid of them....

They finally said some crap about a $100.00 gift card and I asked them to please take my number off there list, they still called me 3 times after that.
As soon as I told them I was a U.S. ARMY RANGER and that I was contacting the Department of Defence & Homeland Security, the calls have finally stopped.

can we file a class action .

They kept calling me so I blocked them on Verizon online. It's the only way to stop them

They called me. When I tried to call back the number was disconnected or something.
