    I've been getting a call from these people for days, today I finally answered and it was a guy with broken english speaking very fast about a $100 gift card for either target or walmart and he verified my address and name and all he needed was the credit card number for the processing fee of $2.95....I hung up the phone, he called back 4 times in a row and sent it straight to voicemail, but they do not leave messages.  I would not give them any of my credit card information to that bogus company, he couldnt even say where he was from, just that it wasnt a scam...yeah right.

    This guy is a pain in the neck. First he says I won some gift card to walmart. Wanted to know if I shopped there then asked for verification of personal info including my visa card account #. When I told him I didn't have a card he was very rude. I hung up and the fool called me back. Hey dumb [***] I hung up on you get the freekin picture. Stop scamming people and get a job. You Yoshi son of a b@#%.

    I received a call from 415-363-5668.  the caller did not leave a message. Feeling that it might be a  friend or relative visiting the West Coast, I returned the call. The message announce that it was a telemarketing call and asked that I press "1" to place my number on the DO NOT CALL list. I did.

    About two hours later, I received a call from the same number. I immediately inform the caller that I just registered my number on their DO NOT CALL list and do not wish to receive telemarketing calls. He argues that he is NOT a telemarketer, that he is calling to thank me for my recent purchase at one of their stores and wishes to offer me a voucher for $100.00 that I could immediat3ly go out and shop with at one of their network stores.

    He needed to verify my name, address and age. told me a sounded like a teen on the phone (smh)

    I again tellhim that I don't want to receive anything and he says:" we will make this easy for you, when you receive the mail, you will call to call our 800 number with the enclosed code if you wish to activate the $100.00 gift". At that point I said (what a mistake) "send it".  He proceeds to inform me that there will also be some services included for which I will have ten days to respond if I do not want those services, I asked what services, he says these services are our way to help you save money, if you do not want them you can call the 800 number included in your mailing... (what services?)

    I calmly informed the caller that I would not want the discount or the services. He transfers me to his "manager". The manager wants to get me to accept the services,,,. (what services?), I inform the manager that I want NOTHING from the company. That he is using poor business practices, that neither he or his salesman have answered my questions and that he could have a NICE DAY. I hung up the phone.

    The manager called me back demanding a response as to why I did not want their "services". I told him: first you say you are not a telemarketer, then you ignore the fact that I am already on your DO NOT CALL list, then you offer me services that are not disclosed to me... And now, you call me back to tell me that you are a "manager", well you may manage a company, but I manage my life...you are running my minutes on my phone, taking away time that I need to use for other activities, and trying to sell me something that I do not want while you use unacceptable practices. I offered to report the company to the BBB and to law enforcement, if necessary... then I bid him a GOOOOOOD DAY>

    i received a call from this number they had a strong foreign accent and i could hardly understand them.. they said i was a preferred customer and that i qualified to receive gift certificates worth $250. they wanted me to verify my name address phone number and visa card number, which they already had, and they said i was selected from using my card at walmart and that walmart had given them my information including my visa card number. i called my local walmart and spoke with the assistant manager and he said that he has never heard of the company and that walmart does not give out customer information and that " walmart does not offer promotions through outside companies and the walmart name is easily thrown around by scammers, and you need to call your bank and report fraud immediately." this company also said they would not charge my visa the $2.95 until after i recieved my package and called them, but the charge was charged to my visa before i got off the phone with them...

    ITS A SCAM!!!!

    i reported it as fraud!! and anyone else that recieves this call should report fraud too!!

    Are You Getting Telemarketing Calls You Don’t Want?

    Here's How to Stop Them

    The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) launched the National Do Not Call Registry to give Americans a choice about getting telemarketing calls at home. According to a recent Harris Interactive poll, 92 percent of people who reported placing a number on the registry said they are receiving fewer calls; a total of 78 percent said they’re getting “far fewer calls” or none at all.

    If you think you put your number on the National Do Not Call Registry, and you’re still getting telemarketing sales calls, the Federal Trade Commission recommends that you:

    Check to see that your number is on the registry. You can verify that your number is on the registry two ways: online at DONOTCALL.GOV (click on “Verify A Registration”), or by calling 1-888-382-1222 (TTY 1-866-290-4236) from the phone number you wish to verify. Follow the prompts.

    You also can add your number to the registry using the same Web site or phone number (call from the number you want to register). If you register online, you will receive an email from donotcall.gov as part of the confirmation process. You will need to click on the link in this email within 72 hours after you receive it. If you don’t click on the link in the email, the number you tried to register will not be added to the registry, and telemarketers may continue to call.

    Understand that some calls are not covered. Once your number has been on the registry for 31 days, most telemarketing calls will stop. However, you still may get:
    calls from — or on behalf of — political organizations, charities, and telephone surveyors;
    calls from companies with whom you have an existing business relationship. A company may call you for 18 months after you make a purchase or three months after you submit an inquiry or application. However, if you request that the company place your number on its own do-not-call list, it must honor your request.  You should keep a record of the date you make the request;
    calls from companies you’ve given permission to call.

    File a complaint. If your number has been on the registry for at least 31 days, and a telemarketer calls, complain to the FTC. Visit DONOTCALL.GOV or call 1-888-382-1222 (TTY1-866-290-4236). You’ll need to provide the date of the call and the phone number or name of the company that called you.

    Received phone call from Alex Stewart (tried to obtain company name), ID# 91735.  Stated that I won a free $100 walmart gift card because I was a loyal customer to Walmart.  Verified my name, address, city/state/zip, but wanted me to pay $2.95 one-time processing fee for my card.  Told him I didn't have my card on me, wanted alternate method of payment (bank account # with routing #).  Told him I didn't feel comfortable giving such information over the phone.  Reassured me that because it was a computer-generated call, Homeland Protection guarantees my information would be safe.  Did not give information. Accent sounded like he was from India.  Very thick, and spoke very fast so that I couldn't get enough information from him regarding company name and reason for my 'random' call. Called number back, found out that this phone number is tied to "telemarketing purposes", and opted for them to remove my name/number from their list.  I will be removed in 72 hrs.
