I was solicited by us protection plan on August  20th at10 am this call was for the attempt to get are credit card number and had misrepresented them selves on the phone by saying they give a free 100 dollar Walmart card as a gift.so we made it very clear to them that we would only be paying for postage no other fees. after we got the manager on the phone his name was John Davis he said my wife fully explained to him that we were not interested to please cancel the transaction and then immediately.
called uor bank to cancel the transaction that was posted for the $2.95 charge they posted

After reading all the messages here I'm glad I never answered the phone.  LOL  :)  thanks guys!!!

Won a $100 gift card...wanted my cc # told him NO and he just kept talking.....so I hung up. Have received three more phone calls....Please get him off the phone. Thanks

These people have been calling me for like 2 weeks. Ugh I just want them to go away!

they called me and told me that they sent my cards out three times, and it came bsack to there company  i asked them for the addresses ans one of them was my sisters address (she would of gave me my mail if it went there)  then he wanted  my credit card to  resend them and was only going to charge me 4.95 cents i told him just send me my cards if u already done it without my card info  don't be fooled by this company and report them and also call walmart and file a complaint with them because that is not good for business.

i have got 3 calls in 5 minutes nd i told them on the first one that i dont want it nd they called me again, nd my mom talked to him nd he started abusing her nd my mom hung up nd he again called nd i hung up... they have information tht i hav never shared expect with my bank, work nd college........ i m worried wat r they looking for nd how did they got to contact me

I received 5 calls from 415-363-5668 today not to mention all of the calls in the last 2 weeks. I have asked them not to call me and they still insist on calling. They told me also that I had won $350. All they needed was my debit card information. I told them never to call me again and they continued to call. Frustrating.....

these [***] somehow convinced me to give my credit card info for a free 3 month trial of all these magazines. i even got the magazines in the mail, so i was not too suspicious at first. then, when i called back to cancel, he insisted on me giving him all my credit card info again for the "canceling process". he even wanted the security code in the back. i told him to [***] off and hung up and he threatened me numerous times saying "im going to charge your account $180 right now". i told him to do it and hung up and he still called back trying to get my info so obviously he had no power. THIS INDIAN MAN IS A NO GOOD THEIF WHO MAKES A LIVING BY RIPPING OFF AND SCAMMING INNOCENT PEOPLE. ALSO, I ASKED FOR THE NAME OF HIS COMPANY AND HE GOES "WHY DO YOU NEED TO KNOW THAT?"

Wehn you receive an automated call simple press #......once will do it...some take a few  ##### ..this confuses the automated service removing you.

i have been called by this number 3 times in the last 20 minutes. i have not answered it.

What is FCC?! I need to report this to someone cause they convinced me and now im worried for my identiy and everything else. They prey on people lik us. Expecially me who is a broke college student. ugh. who should i call?!

I went to get gas and my card had been stopped and 2 charges of 58.00 yesterday and today
on my debitcard from international area, gamesbites ltd and gamesbites com

I love trolling the scammy telemarketers. When I'm in a hurry, all I will say is "Cancel. Void. Decline.". This way they do not have a recording of me saying anything similar to "yes". Other times, I might go along with them and then say that "I do not have a credit card. I do not have a bank account." (how they going to get my money now ?!?!).
When I have time to waste, I start asking them for THEIR credit card number, and as they stammer on about "No, you've won something" or "This is only a free consultation", I explain to them that the ONLY way I can proceed is to SELL my time to them (for the consultation) or the ONLY way I can accept their gift is via a credit card payment.
So far, only one time have they called me back repeatedly, just for me to give them more abuse and LOL to myself as I can hear the veins popping in their necks.
These liars and thieves are so adept and arrogant, they have actually convinced themselves that wrong has been done to them when they fail at scamming me. All the more sweet for me to aggravate the piss out of them.

I've gotten 8 calls in less than 24 hours. 4 of them in the last three hours. I've locked each one into my phone; I don't know how they got my number but i'd like to string the neck of that company or atleast know that their as liable both criminally and financially for the harassment and the scams this person/people are  running. But truely I want it to end.
