Dont give them any thing. I rec reports from a app (IRS forum report) and this is in the report its a scam.

Look out there trying to get your personal infirmation. I've rec. Calls like this for 2 years.  The last time a Washington called me. I refused to give him my personal info. On my debit card and he threatened to burn my house down and then told me to s*** his d***.  I laughted and then turned in the numbers he called from.  They claim you are a binificiary of funds mostly from Africa, India, China and the UK exact....

I don't think that is what the person was asking.... They are wanting to know who the actual person is, not the company itself.
There's a MUCH easier and basic way to tell that and it is simply calling the number and letting it ring until they either answer the call and see if you recognize their voice being that a lot of times its an ex boyfriend or ex girlfriend in which would be calling from such a number after being blocked from calling from their known number. If the person doesn't answer the call, it's really simple at that point to distinguish if it's a magic Jack number because it will say, ' THE MAGIC JACK COUSTOMER YOU ARE TRYING TO REACH IS NOT AVAILABLE'.....
