These people are so dumb!!! I keep telling them I don't owe any money to anyone I just went bankrupt! These morons won't stop calling day and night!!! I just blocked them off my phone they can go to h-e-l-l-!!!!

I suspect they are grifters. I have nothing they could be interested in.  but have received blind calls asking me to press buttons to talk to someone. They don't state who they are. I've had this phone number for a very long time. I have put them on my phone's do-not-ring list.

you must work for Rash Curtis Ass Wholes.  They are rude and harassing.  I'm paying the monthly the agreed amount and they still try to call me some times 3 times per day.

Actually they can. U see after my fiancee's mom died. the hospital her mom died in kept calling for her mom wanting her mom to pay the damn ambulance visit. And then some collections company started harassing my fiancee trying to get her to cover the damn ambulance fee.

It's a collection agency alright. I had a outstanding hospital debt of about $100 that the hospital writes off. But clowns pick and try collect. I've dealt with them before, you just can't talk to them because they're here's. I have an awesome call blocker app, that just hangs up as soon as the number comes through. The doctor not call registry doesn't work for debt collection or for promotions of companies you deal with.
I had one guy tell me that I needed to pay my debt or else. When I threatened legal action because he threatened me, the calls stopped for a couple months. Now their at it again. I just laugh, because I'm not wasting my time this time around.  Just don't answer the phone and get yourself a good call blocker app.

Rash  Curtis & Associates is the WORST of the WORST! Not only have they checked my credit twice, which are now hard inquirys on my credit report. They are absolutely obnoxious, rude, and EXTREMELY invasive!!! They will NOT stop calling me! Yesterday it was 3 calls. They have called me 5 times today while I was at work. Literally everytime I look down on my phone, I have a missed call!  Iv never been so mad at a collection agency in my life!

Company has been calling me for an astonishing four years now. They have been asking for someone named Lerida and it's gotten to a point where I can hardly ignore them anymore. I've talked to them dozens of times saying this is a wrong number, but they don't bother taking me off the list. I get 2 calls a day at the absolute worst times, such as 8 in the evening and 9 in the morning, accompanied with a weird 3 second inaudible voicemail. They should have an F rating by the BBB with the amount of complaints they get. Screw them.

The no. is 415 573-0745, the name on the caller id is SNFC MT-EV, CA. It seems to be a business operates robo-calls for their client/s. They do not leave messages. If you pick up to answer, a first person will say something like to give a big discount as bait and then transfer you to, in my case, Rash Curtis & Associates. From that point on, you will be harassed. Our son's emergency room bill has been in dispute, charging us about $2150 for 3 minutes using the facility after waiting for nearly 4 hours for pulling a splinter under his thumb. The amount did not include the doctor's fees. After searching on the net for the degree of severity of illness for service in our area, the average is only about $400 or so. We informed our insurer who had already paid them $1200. Our insurer and we sent a letter of dispute and also talked with the hospital and we were supposed to hear back from them, but we have never. After about 9 mouths, we kept receiving the robo-calls and a call from the Rash Curtis, and we did not answer. Then we put block on them. We do not think that they conduct their business in a legitimate manner governed by the laws. They threatened if we did not pay, the interest rate of 10% would be added, threatened to destroy our credit. They denied that there was a dispute. They were extremely rude, pushy, and refused to listen. It is very questionable if they act on behalf of the hospital since the hospital has stopped sending us billing statement since the dispute. We read some other posters saying that they stole records or records were sold to them. So the collection could be a big scam. called me 4 times in 2 days - I have no debts uncollected & all my accounts are current. if I cared & had a few minutes to spare, would love to hear their ridiculous BS.

these people call all the time. if you have an iPhone, you can go to your recent calls list, select the info icon next to the call, and scroll to the bottom of the options list and "block caller". Not sure how it works for Android phone users, but it's probably worth a look.

It's a collection agency in Vacaville.   If you just call them back and say the person they are seeking as announced in the recording is not the owner of the phone number and you don't know the subject person, they will remove your phone number from their dialer.
