- Jade| 1 replyJust got a call from 415-620-6202 12:06 pm 12/16/11...Lady with accent said she was with United Diabetic Services...this is like the 3rd or 4th time getting a call from them. Before never answered as did not recognize the number...this time I answered, gave her time to say who she was with then said I'm not interested, take my name and number off your list then hung up. This is a scam....one of many I've had calls from. My phone number is NOT listed in the phone book and my Doctor would not give out my information to anyone due to the Privacy Policy Act which they love to use as to how they get your information. When will these stupid calls stop?

- IbetheoneI received the last call from this number this morning. This has been going on for at least a week. I refuse to answer it just because its a unknown number to me and they never leave a message.

- AnnieI wouldn't have answered this because they called when I was brushing my teeth but I was expecting a callback from a company where my dad is interested in ordering something that may be out of stock so I've been waiting on a call back to confirm if the item he wanted is available, and they called me back once before from an out of area/unidentified number the last time I contacted said company, so I answered thinking this might be them not really paying attention to the caller ID which lists v22716320001505 as the caller . The guy asked for my dad and having a mouth full of tooth paste foam I tried to talk to him. He asked for my dad (thats who's name the phone is under) and he said something about some diabetic supply company and I simply said "nobody in this household has diabetes" and he didn't wanna talk to me anymore.

- Danonymous415/620-6202 > Caller ID showed "HEALTH SER." A male voice cleared his throat before hanging up right away. Likely figured that I wasn't a vulnerable older person. Twice in one day.

- LeeI receive a call from this number a few minutes ago. They call all time of the day and evening. I have received calls as early as 8AM. I would like for these phone calls to stop. I did not answer the call.
- virginiarecieved a call from this #. We were not home. They left no message. I returned the call as we are expecting a call from a health service that is legitiment. I was put on hold and told I would talk to someone when the next available agent was available. Being I thought it was important I got my book and read while this loud music played. I sat there listening to the music and reading for 1 hour. At 4 o'clock the music stopped and there was dead silence. I then looked it up on the computer to see what I could find out and here it is a scam. Thankful for this feedback.

Does anyone know what that number represents? - marshiana replies to JadeThe same is happening for my elderly father. The calls begin early in the morning, and continue late into the night. They identify themselves as being a diabetic supplier. My elderly father cannot understand their foreign accents. Most of the time he hangs up because he can't understand their heavy accents. I have taken a few of these calls for him, and they hang up on me. I have made it clear that we don't won't to receive any further calls, but the calls persist on a daily basis. What they are hoping to learn from their un-fruitful efforts...I don't know. I have instructed my elderly father not to speak to anyone unless he knows who it is. I just recently gave him my phones which are new. He had been using the old phones from the 1960's. He can now identify the caller before he answers. I would like to know what we can do about these unwanted callers who are no doubt scammers.
- marshiana replies to IbetheoneThey are scammers, and they will continue the calls. They call morning and night here. It is aggravating to my family, and I would like personally to find out what I can do about these calls.
- marshianaMy elderly father is receiving calls morning and night from these individuals posing to be as my father say's "Mr Diabetic." My father receives supplies from a different vendor, and he has told them as such; but the calls persist. These individuals are foreign with heavy accents. My father cannot understand anything they say, nor can I, as I have spoke with them personally asking for the calls to stop. I don't understand how they were able to acquire my father's PHI, but it goes further then that. They have also attempted uncucessfully in obtaining my father's Social Security number. This makes the second attemp in one week for these scammers to obtain person information from my elderly father. The second attempt I will report seperately. Something needs to be done. Since many elderly do not have computers, much less internet access; they are targeting the elderly as easy prey. They come to you in the form of phone calls, and prize letters which are too good to be true. Beware!
- Caller: Mr. Diabetic
- MikeHealth Services calls about 2 to 3 times each day. They never leave a message and if you answer, they ask about your diabetes. (No one is my extended family has diabetes) Strong foreign accent difficult to understand. Have asked repetively to be taken off there list but they continue to call. I have just set up call forwarding to the FTC and have all my friends call my cell.

- Carrie FlehartyJust received a call from this number. ID listed them as Health Services. They are not! They didn't want to speak to me, and would leave a message, because I wasn't the party they were looking for. They hung up immediately. I then decided to check their number, and found many people upset about the calls.
- Caller: Health Services
- patin a space of 2 days received 14 calls, did not answer. on the do not call list. guess it doesn't matter.
just very annoying - TeriI got a call from this number, and a man, asking for my husband, spoke in a heavy accent. When I said he wasn't available, he hung up. I called them back, and the message said they would connect me with the next available agent. About 5 minutes of music later, I hung up.
- Caller: Health Services
- JamesKeep receiving calls from this number. They say they are with United Diabetes Service. Usually have a strong accent. When you question them they become rude and hang up. Call back gives you a very polite message of how important your call is and you will be connected to an agent - then endless music. HOW do you stop these calls? Certainly the phone company has received complaints and know who has this number.
