I got from that same number . I called it back like a 100 times a day. After a a few calls it goes to voice mail . I think he's on to me .  I try to talk to him in a foreign voice  like I  don't  know what he talking about . You have give the taste of their own medicine . Let if anyone has tried the same thing ?

Stupid person trying to scare us. So stupid and they think are idiots.

I think must have called that number back enough because I called number back again and just rings no voice mail . I think  he must have shut his magic jack down . Hopefully for good . I will try call aging tomorrow . I'm hope I helping .

Don't think we are going to catch these guys , but we stop for now .

The telephone number 415-746-6961 keeps calling with threatening messages claiming to be the IRS

Now the guy won't answer . He's a  coward .

Received fraudulent call from this # stating it was from IRS (digital voice recording). ID info showed "Lucasfilm" which was obviously not correct. I see from the posts others have received same type of messages from this # (415-746-6961)

I received the same call with the same message from 415-746-6961, caller ID said Lucasfilm, claiming to be the IRS.  This was at 8:46 am EST, Jan. 12, 2015.   Looks like the scammers are still operating using this same number.

Received a call from this number on my work phone with an automated recording from Julie Smith of IRS Investigation, asking me to return call and not ignore it. I called back. A man with accent answered. I asked what this is about. He asked for my name to look up info, he says. I gave him my name, he identified an address. I said that's not my address. He hung up. I called back again. Same guy. He said since it said that's not my address, he can't tell me why I received the call in the first place. Then he said, "Don't disturb me." Unbelievable!

Again - the Scam folks are on the job....now they have recorded message....and the caller ID says LUCASFILM....pretending to be IRS....SCAM

Got a call from 415-746-6961 stating IR needed  to speak to me , but no name was mentioned or they would start actions against me . Turning this into the authorities.

So I keep getting calls from the people who are getting called from this number. Kinda kooky. So they call me then read the number back to me and it is this number and not mine.
What would be the purpose of that. Seems like too much work. I have to answer all the calls because this is my business line.
I have had some nice conversations with the people once I convince them I am not the IRS or a collection agency,

I have received several of these scam calls.  They need to be stopped!
