Received the call from 4159264147.The lady said that she is Julia Smith from IRS.And I am supposed to call back.
Checked on this site and found that this is a scam.

Julie Smith calling and leaving message to call back regarding IRS problem.  Never anyone on the line when you call back.

Same this left message stating IT'S imperative to call back before further action taken

Called my cell phone two times on January 29th. Left message on voicemail. Said not ignore this call or action will be taken against me and have a nice day. Left number and name Julie Smith with the IRS.

I've received two calls from 415-926-4147 asking me to call back saying it's the IRS.  The first time I called back I got a person who insisted that he was a representative of the IRS but when I asked him where he was located he hung up.  How can I stop these calls?

Got a call from 'Julie from IRS', 415-926-4147, When I called back a guy (with an East Indian accent?) answered. He tried to verify my name and address, I asked what do you want? why are you calling? He then said, "to flirt with you." Very creepy. I will be reporting this to IRS!

i have rec'vd calls from this number as well saying Officer Julie Smith it's important you return the call to prevent from future actions.....i called my accountant this is most def another scam....IRS will never call you.....they have all your information why would they need to call you...def a scam

Just received call from this number and when I started asking questions they hung up.

same call from IRS  now computer voice.  Use to get this with a man with a heavy accent.  Been going on for years.  Problem is they are calling at 7am and it say California on caller ID.  I live in the midwest meaning it would be 5am there.  Not very bright.   SCAM
