If I wasn't at work, I would keep a whistle handy...
I must remember to look at the caller id before answering...- Caller: Warranty Services

- OACalled, didn't answer. Never leaves a message
- CSI don't even own a car and I get this call about every 3 days, even on weekends. It is a huge scam and has scammed many people, young and old, out of millions of dollars. These vermon need to be stopped and all vermon like them!
- Caller: Your factory warrenty may be expired!
- .Have been called 4 or so times over the last week, first three calls I was unable to answer, left no message.
Most recent call was this morning, picked up nothing on the other end for 10 seconds I hung up. - naI work in the media...and yes it is a scam don't bother answering the call
- AnnoyedAfter hearing about this SCAM I decided to try to have a little fun with them. The caller claimed that my vehicle warranty is expiring. I asked which company she represented to see if she would even say Nissan, the manufactuer of my vehicle, but instead she said she was with Warranty Services. I asked her who or which company did she get this number from and replied, "From various sources!" She then told me that she could extent the warranty on my vehicle but she needed some personnal information and would need my first and last name for starters. Im sure the caller would have asked for credit card and/or banking information if I had let the call go on but instead just told her to take my name off the list...DEFINITE SCAM.
I suggest you answer and just tell them to take your name off the list otherwise they call back every day sometimes up to 4 times a day!- Caller: Warranty Services

- Annoyed/FrustratedThese two numbers (416-000-7796 and 416-907-4361)keep calling my Telus cell phone, I never answer as I don't recognize the number. They leave voicemail regarding car warrenties expiring. I don't own a car so I know it must be a scam. When you call back a recording say the number you called cannot be comleted as dialed.
- ChrisI have a cellphone, and get called pretty much daily in the afternoons. For some reason the numbers differ, but I think they're all the same place.
I don't even get the pleasure of a warranty offer, just dead air and a click as I'm crank hung-up-on. :-( - Enoch RootJust got my third call from this 'company' - registering a complaint with TELUS since these are coming to my cell phone.
Why phone companies continue to switch calls for companies like this is beyond me. - FengCalled me, didn't say anything.
- KtLikewise, I've gotten a call from a 416-000-xxxx (7796, 7793, 3971) number at least once a day for the past three or four days, and then a couple times a week for the past two weeks...first time I picked it up I got the vehicle warranty recording, but I haven't picked it up since. Someone told me that they charge you money the longer you listen to the recording? No idea if this is true or not, but almost everyone I know who has a cellphone has gotten this call now, plus my family's home phone.
- Caller: n/a
- The RockI am getting calls like this from past 2-3 weeks but I never annswer since I have pay as you go phone. I put my phone in no call list so after 30 days I wont get any call.
- Grrr'Your warranty is about to expire' recording. Third time in about 2 weeks.
- bruceman| 1 replyI've had the same scumbags calling me on a daily basis, I don't even answer my phone anymore after they left their bs message about extending a warranty for my car which I don't own.
I'm wondering if I should pick up so I can tell them an tell them to F off, but I don't want to charge my cellphone. I'm with Rogers, and I have no idea how they got my number.- Caller: [***]

- InAlbertaIf this is an illegal scam why don't the phone companies or RCMP bust them? I'm getting called 2-3 times a day on my cell from these morons. They called our home number once.
