    BBB is your best option
I reported them to the BBB since they are the most obnoxious PoS people I have ever answered the phone to. They dont seem to comprehend, "you have the wrong number" and continue to call all day long.

Report their ass to the BBB - https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/complaintlink.aspx

We also cancelled with Bell in about June 2010 and our statement showed that we had a credit of about $2. In about November 2010 we started getting calls from a collection agency saying that we owed Bell money. We found out it was a charge of about $10 for renting a movie in April/May 2010. We have NEVER rented movies off of our satelite. My husband told the collection agency that he refused to pay for something that we never purchased. That collection agency stopped calling, and now we are getting calls from this number 2-3 times a day.  When I answer, it is a recording that asks if I am my husband and if I am not to have him call a different phone number. He refuses to call them back and waste more of his time.

Same here, only different collection agencies have been calling my cell since I was 16 for people I don't know. They all seem to be linked to Bell, or to a bank... I forget which one, but either way I've never had Bell anything, or an account with that bank

We need to go through the goverment on this one. I believe it is harassment when you receive calls before 7:30am and late late into the night at least 6 times a day. I suggest we all go through our MP's. Enough pressure on them, the government will take action.
I too have a dropped Bell because I was not getting the service I was paying for from the moment problems with the initial installment. I was told I wouldn't be billed until the problem was resolved. I was the one who kept calling them to see what they were doing about it on a monthly basis. I was told I would not be billed until the problem was fixed. I believe techs couldn't find the problem or they knew Bell had this issue and itwas too clostly to correct (the installer told me there was issues with the area due to volume) and deleted my reference number from the system because there was nothing they could do. When I called the following month, I was told I did not have internet services with them, even through I was on high speed (getting dial up speed unless I was on it at 3 am). When I assured them I was, even though they continued to agrue with me, I explained all the above and they asked me for the reference number. I gave it to them, they told me someone would be back to me. No one called but I got backbilled. The story contines....I want my day in court!

    Get a life
These people need to [***] off. Seriously, if I get one more call from them early morning during the weekend, I'll pick up and make sure it's the last time they ever call here. It's definitely a collections agency calling to "collect" funds for Bell. But the more often they call here, the longer they will be waiting for their money. They are rude and annoying, and tend to leave the same message on our machine day after day. If I had their job, I'd kill myself. And it's interesting how they'll never say straight up who they represent or what they want. They just leave these vague messages saying that they're calling regarding an "urgent matter" and ramble off their phone number as quick as they can (probably because they have a thousand other phone calls to make).

    Tired
I am on the Do Not Call List and yet, this number keeps calling. I do not answer any telephone numbers I do not reconize nor when Caller ID is not displayed.
I agree, very annoying. Calling real early in the mornings to late at night several days a day.
I am tired, let me sleep people.
I owe no one anything...if this is indeed a debt collection agency (of sorts). Right?!

Calling many times a day and then leaving a message saying that someone will be with you as soon as possible and then elevator music takes over.

    Tired 2
I call the number back and told them that they were calling for a person that doesn't live here and it was not there number. I also told them that I had the number for years. The woman then state 2 more names one that she nor I can pronoun and says they are looking for them too at my number. I stated that they don't live here and I don't even know how to say the name she is calling. She then asks me if I knew any these people, and I stated no. She then replied that she would take my number off their list. Ya right I bet they will call back tomorrow, lets wait and find out! You would think they would figure it out that the numbers are wrong when the names are all from different cultural backgrounds.
