Block the caller.

Calling hourly during a pandemic....intelligent! nobody cares. Probably even less than they did before (which was also likely not much)

Traced the number. Read laws. If you respond in any way to these people it goes on your Canadian Credit History so the debt, if you have one, starts all over again because they have actually made contact with you again so never answer & never call back to them. This debt recovery in Canada can sue you in court despite legal time limitations. Don't answer, don't ever press a number or speak at all if you do. Just put hang up & continue to block & report them if you can track the number.

If you don't live in Canada why are you posting misinformation and trying to mislead Canadians?

They (whoever "they" are) keep calling. They do not leave a message but have called before from a different number where they did leave a message. I confirmed with Rogers no money owing and nothing was ever reported to collections under my name. I made a fraud report and contacted the media about the scam. I also received a strange letter (just one letter) from a lawyer with a phone number where a lady answers (I told her to have her boss bring a court action against me if this is real) and an address that's fake (it's an industrial site). Found out this "lawyer" has already been brought to the media's attention as a scam. I never received anything else. My guess is that they are using personal information from past Rogers customers from several years ago (15 or 20) to try and scare people into paying them money.
