I got a call from same#, when I called them back, it was Toronto Sun.

416 646 8801 has called repeatedly. Left No message. However, in calling the number back there is a recorded message stating that "you have received a promotional call from the Toronto Sun. Press 1 to speak with a live agent"

This number calls at least once a day.  
We pick it up and say "hello, hello", but we never hear anything but background noise, or the person promptly hangs up.  If you are going to try to sell us something then at least TALK so we can say no thanks and be done with it.  

I looked it up online and people are saying its the Toronto Sun, but I can't confirm as no one has ever spoken when I've picked it up.
