- Lesam replies to abqcruznI got the same call... I will be contacting Choice Hotels also. I would like to know how they got my info also!!! I am VERY angry!!!!
- Mary replies to TeresaI was able to call them back with the number they called from. But you get a recording that all operators are busy. Not sure if it is a scam or not. However, I would be very reluctant to give out any info.

- Andy12I have been receiving the same phone calls as others. I decided to call Choice Hotels, 800-300-8800 customer service, and explain to them that if I continued to receive these calls I would not be staying with them again. The person that I spoke with did not know what I was taking about. I gave him the number that called me he talked to a manager. Once back on the phone with me he said they have an advertising agreement with Bluegreen Advertising and they do make this kind of phone calls. He then connected with with Bluegreen, 866-402-9372 marketing. Bluegreen denied that they were making the calls but if they did they would remove me from their call list. I looked up Bluegreen and found that they arrange "vacations" for people and all you have to do is listen to a sales pitch at your destination. Many complaints about these guys. If you find yourself with a little extra time on your hands, like I did today, give these two companies a call and nicely share your frustrations.

- DingThis company is legit. Choice owns the Comfort Inns, Quality, Clarions and a bunch of other names. They have great places to see, I could afford the price. If I could take all my time off on these plans, I would but you can only do them about every year and a half.

- Potogold replies to abqcruznThis happened to us as well. This has all the elements of being a scam. But, how did they get our information and know we stayed at a hotel? Something is very, very wrong. Choice hotels needs to protect their good name and find out what is going on. This the third time it happened to us after we stayed at one of the Choice Hotels. We won't be staying with them again as I emailed them each time informing them there may be a scam going on in their name. But, I did NOT receive an answer to my emails. I stayed at three different hotels miles apart from each other and one was in another state. Something is not right!
- odiecalled, 1/22 and today....no message left....
- odiesome b.s. about vacation offer.....blocked...
- pat replies to abqcruznI just got a phone call from 5 that number at 81 4pm
- AllinaeI got this call not to long ago. I was a little skeptical but for them to just guess those details about my stay I decided to give it a shot. I called my bank and had them put a red flag on my account to protect myself just in case. But I did just get my welcome packet in the mail and these destinations are amazing. Vegas here I come!
- Caller: Choice Hotels
- DaveReceived a call from this number today, call went much as described by previous posters. I'm not handing out my credit card information to someone who randomly calls me on the phone. Seems scammish to me.

- wzrmrdI called and spoke with a Customer Service Representative at the Choice Hotel Customer Service number listed on their website. They verified with their supervisor that they "NEVER" call reward members. All promotional items are sent only through email. This is definitely a scam!! Let it ring.
- DeanI have repeatedly received this call on my business cell phone. I have not answered but it irritates me what some scammers would do. Choice Hotels must have been hacked. No messages were left.
- Irritated mamaBeen calling. No message left. Not able to call back. Wish they would stop calling me! Not happy that they have my information!
- Me tooYep. I got one too (03.14.2016). Referenced a stay in April 2015. Kicker was, he called in on my cell phone. I don't give my cell phone out to hotels. Reporting this to Choice Hotels. Who knows if it will do any good.
