- RyanMy wife received multiple calls from this number with no message. I called back and it was some kind of CoxHealth billing service, and said they could only speak with my wife. I told them we had received no bills and did not know what they were talking about. They asked for personal information, which I refused to give.

- MurlThis number called twice yesterday.
Wife believed it was a scam, but called Cox Health billing department twice today to be certain.
The billing department said they have hired a new firm to help them catch up on their billing.
And, their number is the number that called her.
She then asked for the Cox Health billing department to send an itemized bill to be sure what the correct amount is rather than dealing with a third party.- Call type: Debt collector
- Charles MeyrandGet several calls a day .Ask for personal info in regard to cox hospital. We do not owe cox any money. This is very annoying!!!

- Bree| 1 replyThey say they are Cox Health and that I owe money. I did have surgery last year but as far as I know, between myself and my insurance, I have paid the bill and owe nothing. I have not received any bills stating that I owe money. If I owed money wouldn't I receive a bill? Also, my online account does not show any balance owed. This is ridiculous!
- Caller: Cox Health (supposedly)
- BigA replies to BreeFederal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes. The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Think this is the same number that left identical message about two months ago. I returned that call and found out they were requesting payment but didn't identify what it was for. Told them I doubt I owe anything and certainly won't pay without proper billing (itemized -- not just a statement with a total for who knows what) which is usually what Skaggs used to send. Never received any billing so figure this is a scam.
- Caller: Cox Health Presumably

- Shannon MillerI have recieved a phone call from this number recently after being in the hospital. I am still recieving Eob from my Insurance company with payments pending. I am not delinqent in anything . But when you call the number back it goes directly to a voicemail that is not receiving any phone calls. What a scam!!!!!! And Cox probably hired this third party to drive its customers batty!!
