This is United Collection Bureau, Inc. in Toledo, Ohio.  They collect for late or non-payment of medical bills.  However, they are relentless to not leave a message on the phone.  They will, but most of the time they don't.  I had to look them up to see who and what they wanted.

they call all the time  and don't leave a message . I have blocked this # before.

They call 3 times a day and ask a name and hang up within seconds... I think it's a scam issue

I get the same call, but they are asking for Lonnie Campos...No idea who that is.

They called my numbed and left no message. They are using google voice or something similar to make calls. After that they mark your number in the block list and google voice plays an out of service number.

On some cell phones and landlines you can forward calls. Youmail can sort out incoming calls and play disconnected messages to ditch unwanted callers. I am going to forward all of my calls and tell important people to text me if they want to tell me something.

I keep getting calls on my cell phone from this number with robo voice calling for "Ernestine".
I have had this number for years--no "Ernestine" here---and I want these calls to stop!!!!

CALL blocker might help.  Also, don't pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.

Left message! They are debt collector

Because whitepages.com says this number belongs to a Zipwhip/Buckeye Telesystem SMSEnabled Mobile in Toledo, OH and that Heavy spam activity suspected!

Receiving calls from this number.  They do not leave a message.  It is a debt collector looking for a Brewer.  Tried to call the number back and it states that the call can not be completed.  Next time I will listen to the entire call to see what the company is.  This is getting old really fast, third call this week.

Keeps saying Tanesha Sanford I am not Tanesha!!! So I'm hanging up hoping they will get the hint...Tried to call back number says it's "disconnected" Stop calling me!!!!!

I got a call from this number, and there was a woman on the other line and she immediately asked me to verify my address... Lake, no... I'm not going to verify anything, I don't even know who you are. And then I asked for a higher up to see if actually was ProMedica and she couldn't even do anything. All she said is, ma'am, I am ProMedica health... Oh, no way. I am not giving my address to you. Especially not after all these terrorist attacks.

You're very naive for two reasons:  first of all, you are giving out personal information here online to strangers, and secondly, read these other complaints, it's not your hospital calling.  They say all sorts of unrelated things, none of them remotely related, so how can you still say it is your hospital after reading this stuff?  Your hospital will communicate with you by paper.  Why don't you just call your hospital and ask?  Wise up.

Never never return a call, or you might end up adding charges on your phone bill, and it will also only tell them you are gullible, and that it is a working number they can share with other scammers.  Just come here, check on the number, and ignore them!
