Good for you!  But I wouldn't worry that they are terrorists...  I would worry they are scammers, which they are, using a spoofed or phished number.  They can make it look like any number they want.  And I wouldn't engage them or ask for a supervisor, I would simply not answer snd check here first, or if I accidentally do answer, the best thing would be to hang up and remember the number and not answer it again.  Don't open the door for a scammer, or they will walk in.  Understand?

I didn't answer, and can see from these entries that I was right to ignore it.  It looked suspicious.

legit call about a bill I owe

This is a generic billing service that specializes in contracting with hospitals.

Called asking for my daughter about an important business message.  I hung up.  Toledo Ohio phone number was different from the number they were going to have her call back on.  Recorded caller.

They called and left no message.

419-214-3016 called my cell. no message. i did call them back, only to be told the first time that the verizon wireless customer i called was unavailable and the second time verizon wireless recorded voice said the number could not be completed as dialed.  after that and seeing so many complaints on here, i think it likely could be a scam.  not everyone is saying the same thing about this number.  some say it's a collector, some say it is a hang up, no message, some say they ask for personal info.....add it up...most likely a scam.  the ID says unknown caller and gives Toledo, Ohio as the location.

Spam robot call

I received this call today, 11/21/2017 with no massage left. I already paid for my bill for$15 since 11/2/2017. It sounds like the billing system sucks.

Recieved a call from this number, when I picked up, no one answered on the other side but I could hear some kind of rustling, like someone had the phone pinched between their shoulder and ear.

They’ve called once a month for 3 months, but twice in this month. Have not answered (I don’t answer unknown phone numbers). No voicemail received. If anyone can find out who, i’d appreciate knowing. I’m 18, I shouldn’t be on any call lists until I do a little more growing up to do, bank, job, taxes, career. Quite odd.

Left a message identifying themselves as "Southeast Regional Medical Center (SEORMC)".  SEORMC is locateed in Central Ohio, not North Ohio.  Caller ID identified the number as coming from "Toledo", but further research shows this number comes from "Bowling Green, Ohio".  I suspect this is a "Collection Agency"; perhaps "United Collections Bureau, Inc. (UCB), but I have no proof of that.  But I'm not going to speak with someone who is Clearly NOT Who They Say They Are.  I don't think this was a SCAM/SPAM call, but I am highly suspicious of this call.
