Just received a call from "unknown". It was a guy from XPS talking about an "apparent refusal to sign"  and I must "call now" to pay for their services. Sounds like a Scam to me. I will not return the call.

Called me looking for another person, whom I know. Said they had a case against them and this person had a subpoena to go to court in California!!  SCAM!!! Said to contact this law office..

I am not sure who they think they are calling me about going to court but sounds like a huge scam to me and I'm not falling for it!

Called said they were a law office and need to call within 2 hours. Said I refused to sign a legal letter delivered Dec 25 2016 .WOW never heard of any postal service or Sherriff severing legal paper on Sunday let alone on Christmas??

I reported this number and the one for West point group to FTC. IT IS A SCAM

Received call from 424-246-8771, unknown, CA, saying they were XPS stating l refused to sign for a legal document and to call in 2 hours or else l would be hit with a tremendous law suit and fine. Scam, scam, scam. They will never receive a call from me.

got a call from 424-246-8771 the guy said it was a law firm who took over my collections from 2007 they had my social and new address and that I refused to sign a legal letter and are saying they are taking me to court.. the buck doesnt stop there they had the nerve to call my mom and get my mom involved....She has nothing to do with my past credit cards etc...she was so rude trying to intimidate my mother

I spoke with a live person a real rude woman who was demanding i pay in full amount.... I was going at with her and she hung up on me

I received  call tonight from an unavailable number asking for some one I do not know, stating that there was a refusal to sign for legal documents and I had two hours to call the firm that pays for there services. The number they left for me to call was 424-246-8771. I did call back to inform them that had the wrong number, but I got a voice mail. I am not sure who these people  are. I think they said they were calling from A.C. Services?

Sounds like a scam, i got the same call today during my lunch they bought out old collection accounts and are still trying to collect. I called and got a live person and she was rude and demanded I pay her in full, I got into with her and she hung up. Does not end there , they had the nerve to look up my moms info and call her and harass her regarding this....

My mom received a voicemail from 424-246-8771 claiming they ate A C Services and someone refused to sign a legal document on her behalf n that she needs to pay for there services to take care of it. This is definitely a scam!! We have never lived out been anywhere near CA and live all the way across the U.S. At this time!! If they put this much effort in to a real job they wouldn't need to scam ppl!!

Got same call today about a debt ten years Go.

Same company - A.C. services, different number 424-257-5360.  Contacted my work stating I had 2 hours to report otherwise I would be held in contempt of court.  Called and spoke with an incredibly condescending, bilegerent individual who stated his unnamed company had been hired to collect a medical debt of $3000, a debt that was greater than 9 years old, in a town we haven't lived in for 10 years.  He was unable to provide itemized services or dates (due to HIPAA, he said) yet he provided me with my SSN, phone number, current employer and address.  He also stated I had received multiple letters regarding upcoming court dates, wage garnishments and legal binding actions.  Each time I tried to seek clarification on his name, his company and these claims he would interrupt and remind me of how irresponsible I was with my finances and outstanding debt, in a very belittling way.  After realizing I would not be able to receive the information needed from him to verify this unexpected debt we ended the phone call and I contacted the  hospital in question.   They were unable to find any record of hospital visits in 2007 for myself, spouse or our dependants.  The hospital collection department also advised me that it is not their policy and illegal in our state to attempt to collect a debt greater than 7 years old, unless payment had been made on the account within that 7 year period.   I did file an attempted fraud with our credit protection agency and I also obtained a current credit report, no collections filed, no passed due bills, nothing.  Ziltch.

I received a call from AC Services on 26-Apr-2017 they said someone was suing me and they wanted to deliver papers what is my phone number and address.  I asked how they knew someone was suing me?  She said that was the papers they deliver.  I have not idea what this is but sounded very fishy................ Beware...........this is some type of scam.

When I received the call from "AC Services" on 26-April, 2017 the call came in as UNKNOWN the number was not shown.  The lady stated her name was Laura Jackson AC Services and she had court documents that I was being sued.  I asked her how she knew I was being sued?  She said that is the type of documents they deliver.  She wanted my address and phone number.  This was very fishy.  I told her I was not answering any of her questions and hung up on her.  Beware............this is some type of scam.
