I received a call this past Friday from an "unassigned" number stating papers were undeliverable and I needed to call their "Robson Robertson?" office with a 424 area code to speak with "someone? " I guess they were human beings? Long story short a "poser" lawyer Ms. Simon (true name?) informed me the process servers were unable to deliver my "papers" due to their error and as a good gesture to me she'd reduce my "balance" from a credit card I've never used?! I said ohhhhh really???? A PROCESS SERVER WILL NEVER EVER CALL YOU LOL!!!!! Consulted a neighbor attorney who looked into this so called "law firm!!" Alas, bottom feeders posing as attorneys and attempting to collect on very old "debts". I'm still waiting to be served!!!

I get about 5 emails a week from people claiming to me Amizon (Yes they spell it wrong but use their logo.) Or Xfinity (Bad copy of the Xfinity logo) or Microsoft and many other fake emails that show a receipt where I have paid anywhere from $350- $700 for "contracted services" and if I don't call " 1 424-257-3573" they will continue to process the payments.   I am so sick of this crap! Why can't these scammers be caught and prosecuted? I feel so bad for elderly people that can be fooled into this... :(
