called twice. left no message and when I answered it - there was no response and then a hang up.

I am so tired of these !@$? hang ups! THIS was from Kirkland, WA & no message as usual. DNC & Unlisted ain't worth a darn! ENOUGH!

Called number back, they re butting my number on their DNC list.... We will see...

no response on pickup.

Just got called 2 minutes ago. answered, nobody there.

I told the lady my number was on the dnc list and asked how she got a hold of me and she hung up. The fine for calling a dnc is $11000 per cal. This is the second call but I can't report it because I have no idea who they are!

Received this call tonight with caller ID as "Incoming Call" and didn't pick up. Have been receiving so many telemarketing calls, it's leading me to drink! Appreciate the posts to know who is on the other line so as to not pick it up the next time they call. Thx.

They just called me, I didn't answer and they left a message, it was something about interest rates. telling me since i'm making minimum payments (i'm not paying anyone anything) so obviously they bought my number from some1.

i feel the same way. that's why i tell ppl, if they call me and i don't answer either leave a message or text me, because if i don't have their number I'M NOT PICKING UP

When call answered - there is no response.  when you call the number back they say that they are a marketing firm and if you want to be placed on their do not call list to press 1.  i didn't call from the phone number that they called so, that's not going to work.

I called back and you can put your number on the don't call from them.

I answered and it was a recording of a lady in reference to credit counseling. Your basic telemarketer.

Spam call, claiming to be a credit account(nicely vague) about interest rates.
If you can avoid it, you should never answer these types of calls, and certainly never input any voice/data information, as you can see from Dom DiPaolo, their FIRST menu option is to press 1 to be placed on their do not call list, these types of numbers are outside the law, they don't care about the DNC or fines, all they're looking for is to build a list of numbers with verified human input to be worked at a later date.

How much sense does it make for any reputable business to have "press 1 to be placed on do not call list"

The more you press one, or talk to them, or call them back, the more your number will be flagged as "workable" (NOT "WORKING" BUT "WORKABLE" E.G. TO BE WORKED) and the more spam calls you will receive.

It is best to have only one number for incoming calls, and to screen all incoming calls. If you do not know the number, do not answer it but instead google it.

I don't know anyone from this area code and don't appreciate calls from this number.

I just received a call as well. I have received two calls from numbers I do not know ever since I signed up for Magic Jack. Does anyone else have Magic Jack? This is the only thing I can connect the two with. Any insight is appreciated!

I received a phone call from them. couldn't answer my phone at the time and it showed up as a missed call with no voice mail. I've gotten these types of calls from other numbers. I don't have magic jack. I think they randomly call numbers to see if an actual person uses them.Who knows what they are plotting by collecting phone numbers. This number Called my phone and I do not want to recieve any more calls from it, they are Tellimarketers for a shopping store, I will use their store on my terms and let them know any information at the checkout counter.

What I really don't understand...  How can these guys still be in business?  I'm more referring to their general inefficiency and incompetence.  They make zero effort to screen out people who are obviously not falling for their crap, their operators make no effort to talk you into it (if you don't go fully with it they hang up immediately).  

And who the hell is falling for this crap?
