got a call today from this number on my cell phone and just refused the call; HOW do these people get our cell phone numbers??

If past experience is any measure, you just "opted in" by indicating you are a live number.  The people behind the "lower your interest rate" robocalls are  operating illegally on a number of levels already--robocalling, telemarketing to cell phones and violating the DNC  just to name three.   They don't follow the rules.  The best thing is to ignore or block their calls.    Personally, I just block any area code PACTEL uses.   Solves a lot of the problem.

It's a random or predictive dialer.  They literally call everyone.

Just got a call on my cell from this number.  Didn't answer, and glad I didn't.  Went to Whitepages.com and got little help, but might have called back since I have relatives in Kirkland.  Then did a google search and found 800notes.  THANK YOU  to all who contribute to 800notes.

I did not answer. NO message was left either.

Just missed this call from 425-406-9028......thank goodness......must be a scammer after looking at all the comments posted here. I receive calls like this all the time.........I never answer them though..... I never had this problem when I was on the Sprint plan........must be an AT&T thing, they just won't admit it!  Ready to go back to Sprint!

Unsolicted Robo call said Credit Card Services could lower the interest rateson my credit cards, push 1 to connect so I could get info from them and report them.  Person with a 'Thick Accent' who sounded like he was in a call center claimed to be Edward Christian, ID #551, Ext 262, Head Office, in Orlando, Florida.  He refused to provide a call back number.  Told him I don't want their unsolicted service and to take me off thier call list.  Told him I was going to report him because I was on the Do Not Call list; he laughed and said he would make sure I get a lot more calls from different numbers and hung up.  I just got another robo call from the exact same people but from 702-705-5334.  

-Phone number: 702-705-5334 is located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
-Its exchange 705 is managed by SILVER STRAND ENTERPRISES, LLC.
-The number is currently on switch number LSVGNVXB41T (switch is a technical specification for phone hobbyists) .
-Around 50% of people reported it as "Scammer"
-You are the 10th person to search for it here. The number has a total of 4 complaints filed against it.
-Latest people reported the number as that of "Brian / Tonya, Natalie / Roony"

AT&T gave you wrong information. Why am I not surprised?  I blocked this number from my phone and it now shows up as a missed call without my phone ever ringing.

Left no message, but given the caller ID of "Customer Service", it's pretty safe to assume this is a criminal scammer.

Don't care who they are. I flagged the number as SPAM & blocked the number in Google Voice.  I'll never receive an incoming call from this number ever again.

Received a call from them, did not recognize the number so didn't answer.  After looking here, I'm sure glad I didn't answer.  Won't answer if they try again after reading all the posts.

same as everyone else... it says at the end of the call to be removed press 2... then I press it.. no confirmation.. and about 3 days later they call again...what the the www,FTC.org is going to do about this one.. Nothing I bet...

I don't know how these turds got my number but I am on a do not call list so it's technically illegal. They hung up when I asked why they were calling so I called them back. When it answered it was an automated system walking me through the steps to remove my number from their telemarketing list.

Got a call from these folks regarding lowering interest rates on a credit card. Grrrr. They called my MOBILE PHONE!

Got an unwanted call from these a'holes. Hung up on them. If you press 1 to stop the calls they just know it is a live number and call more often. What part of "Do Not Call" don't they understand. I am from PA but it seems geography is not on their list. UGH!!!
