Today was the first call I received from this number.  I answered and told the woman to cease & desist.  I told her that I will report her to the States Attorney General if they persist, she hung up.  You have to be forceful with some of these folks.  Remember they make commission off of everything they collect, they are motivated by money.

These people from RPM keep calling me saying my Sprint bill had'nt been pail since last November 2006.  Thats very funny because I'm still using my Sprint phone and I have been paying my bill, if I wasn't Sprint would have disconnected me a long time ago.  These people @ RPM are relentless and annoying me persistently, now on a daily basis. I guess I'll start hanging up the phone when they call

The calls started unexpectedly and they continue a few times, daily.  This has been going on for a few months.  Everything other posters said applies in my case.  The phone hangs up, or no one responds, and there is no voicemail.  Sadly, my current cell provider offered to change my number as a remedy.  Not quite an option.  A coworker advised that it's an FBI issue, since the company is registered in WA and I live in NY.  I wonder what their objective is in using such approach to collect.  P.S. I also started getting calls from 000-000-0000, same pattern.

I get about 3 to 6 calls on average a day from this company, and it has been going on for about a month. I do not have a sprint phone and certainly dont owe them any money for anything. About 2 weeks ago i decided to call the mysterious number to find out who it was, only to talk to some guy who was extremely rude and told me that he did not see my number in the system. Of course I argued with him seeing as I get numerous calls every day, eventually he began cursing at me and hung up. Since that incident I have called a couple more times over the 2 week period talking to representatives who tell me that they now see my number and will take it off and it will take 24-hours. The lady I talked to today told me the same thing and I asked to talk to a supervisor, however, she told me that the only way I could talk to one is if I get another call after 24-hours. This never ending cycle needs to stop, and I am glad to see that I am not alone in being harassed by this company for no apparent reason. At this point I am willing to do whatever it takes to stop them from calling besides changing my number (I will not inconvienence myself because of them). This company is unproffesional and needs to be stopped.

They call several times a day and it's a automated voice telling you to hold. And when a reprsentive comes on they are rude demanding that you give them information that to be honest I would rather not give. They claim that they are calling on behalf of a company that says you owe them. The phone call last night was especilly painful since I couldn't hear the rep over all the noise and he was very rude.

I receive about 1 call a day from this number.  I added the number to my caller ID and don't answer it anymore.  They leave a message every time, they all go like this: a recorded voice talking about a representative not being available, then a person picks up and says "hello" twice then hangs up.  I stopped answering the number because when I do it immediately hangs up.

I just called this number and asked why I'm getting called.  They said they were looking for Bobby Penn.  I've never heard of him and he doesn't have my cell phone.  They said they would stop calling in 24 hours, we'll see.

I began getting calls on my cell phone from this number about 1 month ago. (Jan 07) They say that the are calling on behalf of MCI about a debt from 1999. I explained very nicely the first couple of times that I have never had MCI, never would have MCI and to stop calling me. I have no idea how they got my cell phone number or how they have me connected with a 1999 debt to MCI for $300.00. Before I finally just quit answering I began to be not so nice. The man on the phone said if I would just pay the bill I wouldn't get the calls. I ask him if he was sent a bill for having a C-Section would he pay it. He said of course not he was a man and I said well I'm not paying a bill I don't owe either.I get 4 to 5 calls daily on my cell phone and they leave a toll free number to return the call.  I have had the same phone company for 22 years and it has never been MCI.

I'm in Texas.  This telephone number has called me at work for the last two days.  I hold when a message says to hold for the next available operator and then it hangs up.  I researched telephone number and found this website.  If any of you guys are in Texas, they are not a bonded third party debt collector in Texas.  So, .... legally they cannot pursue any debt collection in Texas.  For more information see Section 392.101 of the Texas Finance Code.  To perform a search on a company go to http://direct.sos.state.tx.us/debtcollectors/DCSearch.asp

they have been calling my cell phone since november 6+ times a week, it's always the same number. They have left me three voicemails out of all of the times they have called, and on the voicemails they never say who they are representing, they just ask for christine. I would like to know who keeps calling me.

I too have received calls from this company many times.  I have answered in the past, and no one speaks.  After the same had happened a couple of times, I thought maybe it was a new way to hack my cell phone or something.  So now when they call, I don't answer it.  I let it go in to voice mail.  Now you would think that if I owed someone money, they would leave a message.  They don't.  I know that if someone owed me money, I'd say something when they answer the phone...  Hell I'd leave a message too!

Everyday we get 1-2 voice messages that say "please hold a representative will be with you shortly."  I've called them 3 times and asked them to remove our number... each time they promise that they have (one time the lady hung up on me)! They say they are a collection agency, but they are not trying to reach us... one message the man kept asking for "Craig"... there is no Craig here!!!!
