Calls 2 plus times a day, usually 1 hour apart.  I tried calling back, but I only receive a recording that this number is disconnected.

I stared getting calls from this # on my cell phone. . . However with my new T-Mobile G1 phone I can designate that # to go directly to voicemail and my phone never even rings, life is good :-)

Call all the time, annoying, even calling my work now. Trying to settle a debt with them through letters but they want to call and harass instead

I received a a call from the number, leaving no information, and I find it a bit unnerving.  I hate getting calls that no-one responds to, and leave no message.  If it is a collection agency, I have no unpaid or late bills, (past or present), and have had the phone number for many years.  I find it amazing how the do not call list put out by the government does not work!

I am so glad that i googled this number. I feel better now that I know who and what this number is. And yes like all of you they call anywhere from three to four times a day every day........

They call twice a day and hang up after the second ring. I call the number and it rings once and then disconnects. It just started a couple of days ago (3/22); very strange.

i just a call from the same # and when i called it back there was just a "buzzing" noise and it was on my cell as well

The phone number shows up on my cell as 434-533-9029.  No one answers me back when I say hello.  I have missed 2 calls from this same number the next day.  I went to Google to look up the number and found this website.  Thanks everyone for letting me know what is going on.  I just got this phone from T-Mobile 2 months ago with a new number. On my phone, I have now gone to options and clicked on "add to block list".

This number is associated with RPM (Receivables Performance Management). A collection agency with offices in Seattle, Wash and Portland , Oregon using software to create abandoned calls, caller id capture, voice recognition, and behavior forcasting based on your responses for bill colection or info gathering on one of their delinquent accounts they think you can locate for them. Very sophsticated... . Their phone number in Portland, Or is 503-292-2077. They also use 'Universal Survey' and other harassing survey calls as a front company to call you to get you to respond to 'a survey' so that data can be collected from you using the same background software mentioned above. Don't kid yourself... these are very high profile companies using the best software around. Don't assume you are being called by some little collection agency or a silly survey. They use out of state phone numbers to call you because it is difficult if not impossible to block callers outside of your area code. They know every angle to bend the law but they cross the line of harassing you which they can be found guilty of in court, Document date, time, and caller id's of all calls then take them to court. In the State of Oregon you can receive compensation up to $25,000.00 in a case against them which means there are lawyers available who feel the issue is worth their effort. Also, once you turn it over to a lawyer, they are not allowed to contact you personally.... another violation they will avoid.

Also, do not e-mail them 'to take your name off a list' because even that is a front to get access to your e-mail account and your computer. Do not pick the phone up while they call you. They are capturing all your responses and actions to evaluate your profile so that they can adjust their telephone war dialing efforts,

Bottom line, they are a collection agency using very intricate probing software to track, harass, and collect info on you for bill collecting.

To stop them you will have to turn them over to your lawyer while filing civil action, deal with them through your State Trade Commission (which has higher penalties than the Federal Trade Commission) and/or contact the State Attorney General Office.

keep getting a call from this #. they never leave a message and when i call back i get a busy signal. Whoever is responsible for this should be arrested.

These people call several times a day.  Even after being told they have the wrong number.  Sometimes they call and hang up as soon as I answer. Last night my husband explained that the man NOLAN SPRADLER dosen't have this number please remove it from the list, then the guy asked for a new number for him!  WE HAVE NO CLUE WHO THIS GUY IS or if he really exist!  Someone PLEASE make this stop!!

I had no problem calling them back....a woman picked up and said Landline Credentials or (something to that effect)....of course, I hung up on them over and over like they have me...so maybe we could keep them busy by answering hang-ups from consumers if we can't MAKE them take us off their list!

Had 2 rings and a hang up. I had a similar thing happening for the last three months with a area code 240 number. When I called back they answered as a collections agency. I told them to quit calling me and I reported to the DONOTCALL.GOV site, it doesn't do any good though.
I won't answer unknown numbers - period!
