- Dee DeeWill not identify and they keep calling my cell phone.
- Caller: Landline
- Annreceived two - three calls a day from this number- they let my cell phone ring and then hang up without leaving a voice message. I called back today and told the representative they need to remove this number from their list as it is a new private cell phone number. The rep tried to ask me questions about some business and I again repeated the above info- he said there is no list and that I have to send my request to them in writing. Why do I have to write to some company to tell them to stop calling my private cell phone? The number is on the do not call list. Who do I complain to?
- V GeorgeI am sick of getting a phone call on my cell phone at least 3x a day from these jerks. How are we protected consumers, when we are harassed every single day and night???
This company is based in Virginia and I have no idea who they are. One day I answered it and they hung up, they never leave a messaage, and I am sick of this interruption in my life!
The number is 434-533-9029. Who ARE THESE JERKS? WHY ARE THEY GETTING AWAY WITH THIS? - V GeorgeI just read the post above, I decided to call: RMP 503-292-2077.
When I did, I was kind and I said: "I am returning a phone call, but am not sure why you want to talk to me". The young man said, "Let me look this up". He asked if I was AAA Bonding Company in Conway, SC. I said, no I am not, then I identified myself and that this phone was just purchased and a new phone number given to us by T-Mobile. He apologized and said I was not who he was seeking, he then said, "I will take your name off of my list" and he said "I apologize for the calls, but you are not who we are looking for".
Hopefully this will work. I was not mean and nasty, I was kind and cooperative to get information and they cooperated with me as a result and took care of the problem.
Let's see if this is all it takes! I hope so!!!- Caller: RMP Collections

- MistyKept calling and when you answered asked you to wait for the next available agent. Did so curious when agent came on the phone asked if this was the HOBBY SHOP and if Eric or Jim there. Said no asked who was calling and in regards to what his answer was "NON OF YOUR BUSINESS" and hung up. After reading other posts on this number I have found out they are in Chase city VA.
- RNI keep getting calls from his number, it is always a different rude person . I keep telling them the person they are calling for does not exist at this number and never has. They keep saying they will change in the information in their computers and the next day I get another call. I have threatened to report to the Better Business Bureau, but they do not care. Maybe we should all get together and file a class action law suit against this company then they will know we mean business.
- cc replies to KDCSomeone from 434-533-9029 keeps calling and harrassing me. I have told them to take me off their list yet they continue to call. sounds like a scam so BE WARE! Don't fall for this crap
- MCI receive two calls a day from RPM. They never identify who they are, what bill they are collecting or how to resolve the issue. They just rudely state I owe them money. I have to pull the other information out of them. It was not until the 5th phone conversation that someone actually explained what they were calling about. I have even received rude voicemails...stating "you NEED to call me back". No please. No identifying themselves. I have also been hung up on. The rep quickly states 'we will document your derogatory response' and hang up. Apparently asking "how can I resolve this matter if you do not give me any information" is derogatory.

- Fed up with you folks replies to Shianne| 2 repliesSeriously people? You are very petty calling and hanging up on people who are just trying to do their job. Do you know someone who's gotten laid off in this economy? I'm sure you do. Have a little empathy for those whose job is to deal with people like you all day, people who have racked up debt and are irate and play games when it's your fault in the first place that you are on their list. Get out of the house, watch a movie, take up a hobby, spend time with your kids, family and friends and stop plotting to get "them" back. Them is just someone trying to support their kids, family, etc. Respect that. Ignore the call if you have to but don't call and harrass these people, you are no better than what you think they are at that point.
- Medusa replies to Fed up with you folks| 1 replyNo one is forcing you to read this...you are obviously one one these pathetic people who have a job like this that are hired to harass people...GET YOUR INFORMATION STRAIGHT! In ALL events, these [***] are calling the wrong number; therefor, harassing the wrong people...do you know the meaning of harassment? Obviously you are not a busy person, but I am...I do not have the time to answer harassing calls not intended for me BUT I am the one getting harassed AND I have a phone for a reason and that reason is not to be harassed NOR IGNORE MY INCOMING CALLS! GET IT?! That is as simple as I can put it for you. Seeing that you like telling people off and reading things that apparently do not pertain to you just so that you can hide behind your internet anonymity (coward), go ahead and knock yourself out now with a reply...I have stated my point and will not be looking at this again.

- JesseThey called, I answered and it was a hold message: Sorry no one is able to come to the phone right, please stay on the line..."
How unprofessional! - corndogI just got a call from this company, to my supprise this time I got a person that answered the phone. I said i was trying to see who called me. The female said something to a person in the background then she just said power search, me wondering if it was for a job I replied for she said, is that the name of your company? cyber search, i said no and she saidl. Okay will will take note of that and remember your number thanks you. So I'm guessing that the poster that said they are looking for people that USED to have a phone number was correct.

- JOJOThis RPM company calls me 15 times a day. I just sent them an email telling them I would take legal action if they did not leave me alone. I have no idea why they are calling me, but it has to quit. I had no clue this many people are being harassed by this company. I have told them over and over they have the wrong person, they are not on the same page. I will continue to send my emails until they leave me alone.

- MargaretA guy named Dave called my cell phone and just said "this is Dave, I need a call back immediately".
- EleanoreThese people call constantly an if they are RPM they are truly a pain. Even if you don't owe the bill now but may have gotten turned over and crossed with the payment to the Vender it never stops. Sometime they forget for awhile, but someone else once to acheive and picks up your number. Never a message or anything and when you call back it acts like a wrong number and you get fast beeps so I just put it on ignore when I see it pop the ID says receivablesperf and then the phone number. Not worth my effort to answer and I might change my number except for they have our business line and that would have alot of problems in today's world so just ignore!

- pharmacistYes, 434-533-9029 called every day on my cell phone for 1 week. asking me to wait for them in a que until it was my turn. Then got the same call show up on caller ID at work and hang up several times a day. Finally got through to somone. They we a collection agency from Century Link. Claimed I was on a collection list....... I have all my bills from Century Link all paid in full. However we switched to Cox Communications a month and a half ago. Seems this looser company now called Century Link sent us to collections for the Long distance bill (only the difference between the final bill and the actual bill) They mailed this bill on April 13th today is April 20th I have been getting calls since April 13th. What a bad business plan. I called Century Link and was told if I just paid my bills I would not get harassing calls. (not a joke). We did business with them for 6 years and didn't miss a payment. This is the new service you should expect from the new Century Link.
