I've done some research and this company is a survey research company that conducts several different surveys for other companies, including satisfaction surveys from your insurance claims and other things. As the DO NOT CALL list only applies to venders (people selling things), companies like this can still call you.
If you do not wish to continue receiving calls from them, then 1) ANSWER the Phone; 2)BE Courteous; 3)LISTEN to their introduction W/OUT interrupting; 4)Then tell them you will not do the survey and insist they not call you back(they won't give up w/out a fight).

5-26-09 Hung up on business phone.  On Do Not Call.  After getting numerous hang-up calls, I started researching the numbers on this site in May, 2008, a year ago, and listing them on a spreadsheet. See list following my note. There are 177 separate numbers since last May and many have called several times per month for a year, so the list represents well over a thousand calls.  Print the list and put it by the phone.  It saves time and aggravation.

Keep getting missed calls, for about a week now.  Don't know anyone from Utah.  Doesn't leave messages.

Same as everyone here. Calls during work or dinner hours, wakes me up on weekend mornings... If they're from Utah, they're probably religious. Call them back on a Sunday repeatedly and see if they like it.

6-16-09 This number used to say INFORMATION ALL, but has concealed the name now and just the number appears.Time to change the Do Not Call law. It does not work.  I have been on the list for over a year.  Below is my list of 180 numbers over the past year and most call repeatedly. This number called 7 times in the last 10 days and some have called for a year so you can see the year's list is thousands of calls. The list would be longer except when there are too many telemarketer calls to bother with, I delete them off Caller I.D.  I repeat.  It is time to change the Do Not Call law.  I did not want even ONE telemarketing call and got thousands despite being on the list.  I tried everything at first before I got on the Do Not Call list.  Answer and listen.  Tell them I was not interested. Call back to numbers.  Complain to the companies. Write.  Being on the Do Not Call list does nothing. The calling industry will not police itself.  Don't tell me how many people make a living bothering me with calls.  Drug dealers make a lot of money selling drugs to children in playgrounds. Should dealing drugs to kids be legal?  Time to eliminate the telemarketers. Shut down the industry  Time to CHANGE THE LAW.  In the meantime, print the list below and put it by the phone and do not answer.  It saves time and aggravation.

Got a call a 7:16 PST, didn't answer thankfully

Receive calls daily - today 453-750-4933 is from the "University of Maryland"

I received calls from this number saying I owe them money for a loan they repaid for me and if I dont pay them 719. today that I will get locked up for twelve years and I have to pay back 5,000.00. I asked who did I own a loan to and they could not tell me. I said well send me an email or something in the mail and they refused. They have been calling and calling syaing they are a federal legislation company based out of California. The so called people I spoke with was Francis Lopez and Andy Jones. WATCH OUT for these calls.

Yes the Do Not Call list does work - the problem with these calls are they are not legitimate businesses.  

THEY ARE COMMON CROOKS - THEY ARE ALL SCAM CALLS intended to get as much info and your account info so they can RIP YOU OFF OR COMMIT IDENTITY THEFT.

I am not sure why anyone would think the DO NOT CALL LAWS would be followed by crooks.

fake debt collectors - they make up business names to appear that they may a government agency.  Use terms like investigator or officers - implying they are law enforcement.. their standard ploy is to demand immediate payment or you will be arrested.  THIS IS ILLEGAL!


They refuse to say who you owe money to, refuse to send anything in writing etc - all of which are illegal for legitimate collections.

In my case it was a legitimate call. I had a car fixed recently and it was a customer satisfaction survey. Dunno, could be a third party company hired by the body shop or the insurance company.  Perhaps that depends on who hires them. Maybe that's why some (most?) people have had negative experience with them.

I have gotten two calls from this number.
Boo to reverse phone lookups that want money from you to tell you who is callng.
YEAH to google and these forums for showing me the truth.
Why is it that these folks are shut down by FBI or Federal Agencies for being scam artist?
