It's from Utah.  Claimed they sent me two $1 bill for a survey membership  called "Knowledge Panel".  Obviously the $2 were never sent, and used as an excuse to get my attention.  They must be Morons.  Very polite, just like when knocking on your door.  The states where the scammers live:  FL, NV, UT, FL and the best, TX.

Several calls. I don't know the number nor anyone in Utah.

This survey company is real, but borders on scamming. You decide. Search the internet for KnowledgePanel. They do send out two $1 bills hoping to snag you into the belief that you'll earn lots of money and valuable prizes in return for completing short surveys. You earn points for each survey, and either turn them in for cash (averaging about $3 per hour of your time), or redeem points for spins on a virtual wheel. Unfortunately, the high value item seems to defy the odds and never gets selected. By downloading their app, you agree to their pervasive access to your privacy.

I just answer the call Security or Fraud department....  it definitely throws them off if someone actually responds, its kinda fun to hear them with the "uuuuuuuummmm", I have asked for their home number so I could call them back when it's a little more convenient, blown an airhorn and even sometimes, you don't hear from them ever again...

Had dozens of calls from them mid-March, then stopped. Looks like they've started up again today. Anwering machine answered and heard boiler room background noise, then they hung up.

Yepper, got a second call from these pest today, 6:31pm 18 Apr 17. I don't waste time on em, will not answer an unknown number due to all of the scammers out there. And a fast way to lose a vote is let me get a political call. I don't care if their a democrat or a republican, they will both lie to you when the truth will work better, just my thoughts on the matter folks!!!

Some rather polite woman called on a Sunday. My cell reception was very poor and call failed. I saw the 35 pages of posts on here and blocked them.

Received a call from above number.  Did not recognize area code and did not answer.

Information Alliance is a legit market research and survey company.  Back in the day people used to enjoy participating in surveys ie Nielsen Ratings etc.  Today nobody has faith in a cold call of any kind, certainly not out of state.  Unfortunately the person who called me couldn't answer the most basic questions about their client and the purpose of the survey she was asking me to engage.  So poor training lost me.

Received call on my mobile at 8:30pm Central tonight. Caller id said Logan, Utah. I don't know anyone there so I didn't answer. No message was left.

I have rec'd calls from this number 41x's in the past 2 weeks.I answered the first time and they were the "irs" sending the fbi to my house. I was told by foreign gentleman to be witing at the door with a check. I hung up. They continue to call. Reported to the dnc-useless.

If as you say "I have rec'd calls from this number 41x's in the past 2 week" perhaps, you should look into getting a call blocker.

Got multiple calls and the message stops before I could hear who it was. No name on Caller ID. Hassle!

this number came through on my caller ID with name as "unavailable", on a Sunday morning. Can't the pests leave people along on a Sunday at least, for Pete sake. I did not call back and they did not leave a message. Looks like many others got the same call if there are 35 pages of notes.
