    You can deal them a blow by ignoring their calls if you're able to. The less folks they have answering their calls, even with an answering, the more trouble they're going to have trying to rip people off.

    There is a service I subscribe to that diverts rob-dialed calls, but I have gotten the impression that if I name that service the post will not ever be approved for anyone to see. Let's just say that you want no mo' robocalls.
