RPM has been calling me for months. they ring the phone twice and hang up.  Sometime they ring until I answer and then hang up.  On rare occasions they ring until I answer and then ask for some random name of a person who does not live here.  I have told them no one by that name lives here nor has ever lived here, and I have asked them to stop harassing me.  I have called the number back and told them you are harassing me.  They tell me that 10 different names are attached to my number.  I have had this phone number for over 30 yrs.  No one else is attached to this phone number.  This is out and out right harassment.
