THIS IS NOT A SCAM.  It is an automated call from Kohl's Corporation to a customer after they miss a payment. I called Kohl's on their 855 number and indeed I missed a payment. So I would guess most of you should pay up. Otherwise call their 855-564-5746 number and speak to a credit card rep.

I got yet another call from this number. If it truly is Kohl's, they need to keep better track of their accounts. I have a zero balance, so how can I be past due.

I called back and selected the option for payment.  I was asked to enter my ac number or SOCIAL SECURITY number. No legit business will ever ask you to enter your social security number...aSCAM!

No voicemail, but probably someone telling me my bill(s) is past due.  I just paid them all this morning and have received a text and three phone calls.  WTF?

262-704-8200 seems to call almost every day. It's not Kohls

Did you know that scammers routinely spoof legitimate numbers?  Just because you say your call MAY have been legitimate, does not make it so for other posters.

I called Kohls to verify.  This is a SCAM and Kohls says they never call their customers.  I received 5 phone calls from 469-730-9692.  Called it and it sounds exactly like the Kohls number. Reported the scam number to Kohls and to my credit reporting service.  Don't give this number your personal information.  I have blocked this number. Thought you all should know.

Caller ID as 469-730-9692 with the name showing KOHL.  The recorded message was to call Kohls dept store at 855-219-9472.  Nothing more in the message other than to call.  Searched and found similar reports.

FAKE Kohl's Corporation asking for personal information. This is not KOHL's Corporation, so beware PHISHING Scheme.

I doubt "Chris" who posted here over a year ago would care if you paid quadruple what you owe.  I know that no one on this website cares either.

I answered, it is automated and asked how I would like to pay, over the phone or via website.  I put website and that was that.  They do keep calling even tho you tell them how you will pay

Received multiple calls from ‭+1 (469) 730-9692‬ in the last two days. No message. I don’t answer calls from numbers I don’t recognize.
