Left a voicemail but it was just silence and the a guy let out a long breadth

Its not a scam. This is in fact a kohls number. I called the number on the back of my charge card, spoke to someone through them who verified this is in fact a kohls number.

3x a day , hold, hang up, breathe,  looking for head of household,
Blocked. Still calls.

Spam call. Not reall Kohls.  Got a call and I don't even have an account. Pure phishing hoax.

Called my cell multiple times today & did not leave a message like standard scammer MO. After reading your pists I went to local kohls store to see what was up. They could not check my balance or even concern the number calling was a. Legit Kohl's #. They gave me a 800 # to call. Small balance they had did not include returned goods. I paid bill on-line & will now have a credit balance. But I also had them close my account. I chopped up my kohls card & brought pieces back to service desk at local store. Done with them. But auto system is still calling after 8 PM. Kohl's has their heads up their backside. Will report them to consumer protction if get another call.

These guys are hella smart. First they call you from 1-469-730-9692 pretending to be Kohl's account services. Telling you your bill is overdue. They know you'll think it's a scam and refuse them. So they call you from 1-475-223-1057 pretending to suspend your social security number due to "suspicious activity" but last time I checked, AT&T has no authority to stop your ssn. Only social security officials can. But I'm sure there are some people who fell for it. Don't be one of them!!!

Called several times from number 469-730-9692 leaves messages for me to call 855-219-9472 , different days, repeats several times .  I have no idea why they are calling since I haven't shopped at Kohl’s for over 4 years and I don't use a credit card. Definitely a SCAM!!

Not sure why these idiots are calling me but they are non-stop! My bill is paid up to date and I’m on auto pay. They are extremely harassing.

Just because they claim to be Kohl's or it says on the CID that they are, doesn't mean they actually are. Scammers spoof legitimate phone numbers all the time.

I have been getting multiple calls from this number throughout the day.  Foreign accent on those which leave message.  Another number calling today saying Kohl's.   I don't answer.  Very annoying scam call.

The fact that this # called at 5 a.m. is outrageous! Expecting the call to be an emergency at that hour, I was livid to hear a man say "Hello, this is 'George baah...'   Blasted him before he had chance to say anything more + hung up on him. Phone record says sent using MTN ContactXchange

Okay so do not listen to ones saying this is legit. I have been on this for awhile and this is not a legitimate Kohl's number. The one's saying it is assume because of a debt being owed but if you give them your info do not be surprised to have your accounts drawb and more calls then you can imagine. They can make up whatever numbers they want just like you or I can do off a free app. Beware. Be smart.

Most are saying it's Kohls customer service for people who missed a payment. I have not missed any payments & Verizon has blocked the calls.

Since Kohl's does not issue their own credit cards they would not be calling about missed payments.  The bank that issues the card would be making those calls.

A foreigner couldn't even pronounce my name correctly calls several times a day. Finally I blocked their number. I have paid Kohls off IN FULL so I know I don't have a balance. Get a job like the rest of us you IDIOT

I've gotten two calls from this number this week. Both telling me to call Kohls department store. They give me this number to call - 855.219.9472. When I call that number it sounds legit but when they asked for my ss number I just hung up. I do have a charge with kohl's but I think I have auto pay. From these other comments I'm guessing this is a very good scam!
