Multiple calls from this scammer claiming to be a charity.

This is interesting! Before when they have called, it came up AmVets. Now it's coming up Community Thrift. Sounds like a bogus charity to me!! Beware!!

(469)930-6173.  Not sure who this caller is.  In the past CID. displayed AM VETS.  Another recent call displayed as COMMUNITY THRIFT.  This time CID. displayed iNVALID NUMBER 11469-930-6173.  Obviously someone is using. a SPOOF system when making calls.  If calls are legit, AM VETS needs to stop fund raising through ineffective telemarketing, besides who would be willing to give money to some random stranger calling on the phone anyway.  Make your donation request the old fashion way using the U.. S.  Postal system.  That way people know who gets the donations, or at least can make an independent verification contact before deciding if someone actually wants to donate or not.  I'm sure the Postal system would appreciate the business to help their annual mail delivery budget revenue.

I'm reasonably certain that this is a Bogus charity  because, in the past  has had a caller ID of Amvets and today the caller ID said Garland Rd Thift.
