they keep calling and telling me there has been action against my name and social security number

Got a call from this number client mediation group..
But they couldnt send me any paper work...  they wanted to settle a debt from 2008 that i have no knowledge of...

Called me today.. this is a very   Smart bunch of crooks... they do their homework... dave keller called me  about an actual payday loan i had taken out back in 2006..   said that he worked for client mediation group
Then dave keller  told me that
I defaulted on a check..  they even mentioned the bank name which i had ...
now mind you i was going thru a rough time in my life...  and i couldnt remember if the loan was paid off.
Dave keller informed me  that they made multiple attempts   snail mail and email
They knew both info...

I told him i would pay $700 but only after they email me the paperwork... he was very hesitant but  he agreed..  email never arrived ... red flag

Then they called from another number... and this time it was a woman.. she pretended to be an associate of dave keller..

i ended up  googling client mediation group couldnt find it...  and i asked her she said the webpage was down...  and I reversed checked the number and both returned with scamm alert...  and she said she couldnt comment..

Be careful!! They are getting very clever!!

My experience was the same as others who have posted here.  I asked the caller who identified herself as Jessica White, for her company web address (said they want to send me email).  She refused to provide.  I asked her for her mailing address.  The address she gave me is for a shopping mall (Macy's, etc.).  This number is the same company as others who have harassed me about a claim that is no longer valid or recognized by the courts.  They call themselves Client Mediation Group.  Only one provided an address - results already shared, above. The other two numbers and people who have contacted me from this group are a caller who refused to give me his name from (877)388-3299 and Dave Keller (Kellar?) (972)975-9575.  Based on my understanding of MD law, Dave Keller has broken a lot of them with his practice of calling my employer and calling me at work, discussing his claim with others, using threats and intimidation....it is a long list.  I reported them to State Attorney General and State regulators.  My next stop is US Attorney General since they are multi-state.  Please do the same.

Exact same situation as reported above, call came in from 877-338-3299 contacted from Calvin Harris from X404. (gave me a return phone number of 470-582-1142) Told me I was about to be served a wage garnishment unless I settled a debt from 8 years ago.  They are very good, had a lot of personal information including my ssn.  I almost believed them until I found the credit card pay off information. They initially wouldn't let me off the phone unless I started some sort of payment plan, but then he said in good faith he would give me 24 hrs.  Again, not something scammers typically do.  I called the Credit card they were able to confirm it was a SCAM and they only refer their clients to 1 collection agency and it was not Client Mediation Group.  I singed up immediately for credit monitoring after confirming it was a scam.

I got multiple calls, back-to-back, from this number. She said her name was Jessica White from Client Mediation Group based in Atlanta, GA. She said I had to pay $793 today, or they were going to serve me court papers. She knew a LOT about me, I didn’t confirm nor deny. She said I owed the debt from 2013, but this is the first I’ve ever heard of it. First I contacted the alleged debt originator, and they said I didn’t owe them anything and they’ve never heard of Client Mediation Group.

Told me they are collecting from HSBC credit? Wanted me to pay settlement of $1,372.04 or $4,327.16. They were sending it to court. Gave me old addresses.  EmaIls that were not mine. Spoke with Calvin Ward and Franklin Grant. They said my wages will be garnished and drivers licenses suspended if I didnt pay. Called me back left threatening message.

Exact same as above situations. Very mean, demanding with me, although I knew nothing about the situation they were referring to.
Where do I report this?

Calvin Ward called me back, left a rude message giving me one day to pay.  I then called the Florida State Attorney 13th Judical Circut in Tampa (813) 272-5400 and reported this company.  I have a audio recording of their threats that I played for them.  We then call the Federal Consumer Compliant Center in Washington, DC (888) 225-5322 and reported everything.  Then we logged onto the website for the Federal Trade Commission and filed a consumer complaint.  When I called Calvin Ward to let him know he was belligerent, threatening and verbally abusive.

Called about "several legal" cases against my husband. Never called back

Same as above - called me at my work number and indicated same information as others have shared.

I dont know who this caller is and they ask for Tim Taylor, which isn't at this phone number. Please stop all harassing phone calls

Got a call from a Jessica White saying I have a pass due account from 2011 and I owe over a thousand dollars from  my chase account that I never had,  and she had all my information (scary) The problem with this I'm low income and not able to get any kind of credit.

Just got a call today saying pretty much the same as above that I have a claim against me and I need to call them back before papers are filed. When I get things like this the first thing I do is look up the number. The person that left the message was Jessica White

got a call from Jessica from Client Medication Group asking if I knew someone.  couldn't pronounce other person's name correctly.  Amazing how they can sometimes find a possible associate of someone else but can't find the person they want. As if myself or anyone else should just give out another's number.

Well known ploy.  They have that person's information right in front of them but they want to create fear and panic so that they can extort money.  By the way it is Mediation not Medication.

As usual, my friend, you are correct. In this case the proper use of "Medication" would be used on "Jessica White"  when she was strapped on a gurney & it was being introduced to her intravenously under court order.
