Received threatening calls from a Mr. Star and a Mrs. Victoria Cogwell on an account that settled almost a decade ago. Google search and others found this to be a robocaller(s) they have more than one number btw. I've already contacted FTC and my local law enforcement in regards. I've had enough of this type of bullying, and I hope you realize it is all a scam to get money from you by manipulation and I hope others will post their experiences with these numbers to help encourage others to be aware and hopefully one day end identity theft and fraudulent callers that are after money they don't deserve or entitled to !

Left message demanding payment. But no idea who they were calling. But they are going to my workplace to serve papers. I don’t work maybe they will find me a job?

I have received numerous calls from this number harassing me saying that I have outstanding money due which I know I don’t. Also need my current address and name of my employer and this is the last chance that I will have to pay them otherwise I am going to be served. Harassment and they need to be stopped.

Hmmm, recorded call with a name inserted which I was unaware of who it may be.  Threatened to bring on the authorities to my residence or place of work, lol.  Definite scammer, would have been my pleasure to engage in a conversation with them.

I have gotten phone calls from this number saying I owe $1200 and they will settle out of court for $500. Sounds suspicious enough. They say they will email me a document to sign and I will have to fork over money out of my paycheck. A loan that is on my credit and has been there for about 11 years... But when they call, caller ID clearly says FRAUD.

Never pay someone who calls claiming you owe money. Instead, tell them to follow the law by mailing you proof of the debt and that they're legally entitled to collect said debt. Refusal to do so for any reason is proof of the scam.

Have had numerous voice mails from this number and have no idea who they are so consider this to be a scammer.

I got the the same telling me they'll file legal claim against me. Lol And the other day my that my social security is suspended lol 😆.....

they said I had number paper file on me but did not give me my name they gave a file number and would be taking action against me.

Left a voicemail for someone with an Anglo name (I'm Hispanic) and saying I have debt that they need to collect. When I told them I knew this was a scam they became very hostile and called me from a different number. A whole joke

They threatened to send Sherriff to my house

Very rude and unprofessional people at this number.  The robo call came from 470-880-5941 at 12:34 listed in Lilburn GA.  The message was mostly inaudible and when i called the phone number given (470-729-3131 with case number 68820), as well as the number they called from (470-880-5941) and I anounced they had called a  business number and the call was inappropriate, they quickly cut me off and told me that I need to do what I need to do.
Whatever, that means.
They claim to be from AP Solutions, however they are bogus and whatever scam they are running is commical.
I have listed them with the BBB in Tennessee and will continue to do so.

please report them to the BBB in your state.  If enough of us report them they will investigate.
Also, It may be worth noting that calling them back repeatedly will also back up these bogus lines and keep them from scamming others.

They've called my House Numerous times with all different Numbers. Claiming that I owe Money and they Need My Work Address or Living to come drop my Documents. Hahaha. Victoria Coldwell this right here is a SCAM! Spoke to someone and I was asked for my SS# well if you truly need ME then YOU should have this information in your System. This is BS for Real. She even said I'll come Arrest you and you'll be Behind Bars. Funny that you dont even know where I live Lol.

Same thing first robot call then called back figured it maybe scam so didn't give em any information sounded real beware and don't give any information to them

They just called me and let and number then when I call the guy tells me I owe a debt to Advance America... Good luck idiots wrong person so then he calls me back threatening me ummm okay sweetheart get a real job you're not getting any information from me!

I received a call from 470 880 5941 and a women advised that I owe money to a bogus company. I knew immediately it was a scam
