Some words at the beginning I couldn't understand.  name used Victoria Codwell??  I think.  Charges pending, Case number:  103362l  What state, What court????   No details given.  Voice said:   "you have been notified"
Place for me to call:  470-729-3131.  No identification given.  I was not told what I was being notified for????

Based on the other posts in this thread, it sounds like this is the fake process server scam. Real process servers don't call in advance.

They called but did not leave a message. Now I'm disappointed, since I am really curious how much money I owe and where to send it, along with my SSN, Address, DOB, and bank account information. Oh well...I guess I'm stuck keeping my money a little longer.

I got the call about "pending charges" and they were offering me a chance to "settle this out of court" and they made it sound as if this was a criminal complaint.  I just checked my local court website, and I don't have any charges pending or lawsuits, so this is complete nonsense.  They knew my name however, but that could be easy to track down off my website.
