I have received numerous missed calls and blank voicemail messages from (480) 269-7982.  I called the number and found that the company is iPacesetters in Mesa, Arizona.  They appear to be a contract organization hired to recruit new customers for a variety of clients.

She asked for owner of company.  I told her that he wasn't available, and she hung up.

called my work land line, did not recognize number, did not answer

Called continuously on up to three separate lines at the same time. Each time they asked for some people by name that do not work for us. When I advised them of such, they completely ignored me and continued on about a free magazine blah blah. Told them we don't want any magazines free or not to which he very rudely replied "you are already receiving them so whatever" I told him to not call again and take us of the list.
he called back over and over and I finally answered and immediately said " this qualifies as harassment, do you want me to file for such"? he didn't answer and i hung up. hasn't called back but i will report every time he does.

Must be roboidiots. Called DNC work landline same time different day, did not answer.

Got 2 calls in a row from this number, decided not to answer. They called a third time, immediately after, so I picked up. They asked for someone who doesn't work here, and while on the phone with the person asking for someone on the marketing team, the same number bombarded my phone so that I had 3 incoming calls from this number. I told the person on the phone that I was getting other calls so had to let her go. Will not pick up this number again.

Have gotten a call from this number 2 to 3 times a day. No one will leave a message or speak. I did list the caller on the gov-do -not-call list, but that  does not do anything to stop them.

Continually received 1 to 2 calls per day from this number
(480) 269-7982.  Always goes to voice mail but no message to charge for call.
I want this stopped

Said she was calling from Pollution Engineering Magazine.  Insisted she need to speak with my boss or a supervisor.  This is a free industry magazine.  Usually takes a few minutes to verify information.  Not sure if they sale info to other companies.  

Always be careful of information you give out to someone calling you.  :)

No kidding! They are calling me 2x a day- no message, no answer when you call them.  I blocked them on my cell and registered (again) for the do not call registry:/

They call daily at least twice and will not stop regardless of being blocked, hung up on and told to stop calling.

Same here; they keep calling my work number.  I simply pick it up and put it back down.  Caller ID says "Magazine Update"... I do not have any magazine subscriptions at work or home.  No need to talk to them!

Free magazine journal subscriptions, some lady

The are calling many times during the day wanting to update subscriptions to Point if View Magazine. I told then that calls like this are not welcome or accepted at this company, but they keep calling.  Next time I will have a surprise for them.

I get several calls a day from this number when I pick up they hang up  and I also called back and their mailbox is full.  I don't know who these people are.  The name Magazine Update appears on my caller id box

This number has been calling my work extension twice a day, every day, for about a week.  It's coming across the caller id as "Magazine Update".  I haven't answered it and they never leave a voicemail.

Long pause...dead giveaway by the way...

---Hello? Anyone there? May I please speak to xxxx?

His name is not on my list. Do you know what department he's with?

---He's the associate director.

Associate director of what?

---The company!

(Okay. Now we're in blazing obvious fishing territory here.)

Back-and-forth. Caller hangs up. Yay!

They have called twice today for two different employees, the latter being the president...I don't think so!

They called my company today looking for an associate. We get calls like this almost DAILY. If they're fishy they get sent to my office. When I started digging he said he was from the "Human Resources Department" and needed more info. I politely told him we can't help him and hung up. DO NOT give your information to anyone over the phone that CALLS YOU. If they need info or are serving you with lawsuit paperwork it will come in the MAIL to your house.

Caller asks to speak to major big cheese. Looked up number. Told caller, per instructions, that he is not accepting calls today.
"Well, does he have an assistant..."
"He's not accepting calls today. Have a nice day." Hung up on caller, again, per instructions from corporate.
