I booked my trip threw Expedia and I had to cancel the trip cuz of personal reason so I called 2 weeks ago to cancel and I asked for money back and they won't refund my money! I was so mad! I called today to confirm about my money back and the trip wasn't even cancelled so they lied to me they cancelled big they never did! I spoke to supervisor from Expedia and he wouldn't even give me his reference number all I know his name was Mohamed! He was so rude and told me I won't get my money back I finally hang up on the loser and he called me from the same number 1-480-270-8191 when I answered he saud our call was disconnected where I literately told the loser that I hang up on him! He told I was using unprofessional language where they are the ones that running scam there and lying to ppl and charging the credit cards! When I booked the trip the agent never even told me about cancallation terms and they couldn't find a recording of the night when I booked the trip! The totally scammed me and won't refund my money back! I called my credit card and told them to put them fir fraud that they r running out there! People never book your trip with Expedia they r big time rip off and scams! My trip was booked to Toronto but the statement is showing that it was booked to Calgary and monitoba where that's not where I was going! I'll be putting all over the social media to warn ppl about Expedia is a RIP OFF!!!!!
