- Jerry| 2 repliesWow, major scam going on from this number. Some of the scammers on this site posting "valid number, etc.," as well, to make it look legit. My scammer said she was from Expedia telling me there's been a change in my flight reservation. So people here say this number is from Chase Travel, Expedia, Orbitz, Travelocity, Hotwire, American Airlines, Hotels.com? Which is it? None of these--it's a SCAM, people! Expedia will always send you just an email if there's a change in flight times. I told this to the scammer twice to just send me an email, but she wanted to talk to me about it over the phone. When I said "send me an email to me" a third time, she hung up. SCAM!

- Kait replies to j-bedaI can confirm this is Expedia, I got cut off with them and this number called me. The first time I answered there was some heavy breathing that freaked me out so I hung up and checked here. After seeing this post, I answered the next time they called and it was the same person I was talking to at Expedia.
- Kait replies to Jerry| 1 replyYes, but for me it actually was expedia calling me back when our call got cut off.

- Sick of the callsDON"T FALL FOR THEIR CRAP. THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR RESERVATION!
These absolute Low Lives called me three times on two different numbers. This number and 602-603-8018 and claimed my reservation was in jeopardy. The hotel overbooked and now the only room available was a smoking room.
First, I was on the road and the phone number they called was my landline at home so I didn't get the message. Second, my hotel room was booked and everything was fine! I didn't know about the phone call and showed up and had my room.
Third, I made my reservations directly through the hotel I was going too. So I am wondering if Hampton Inn and Suites are selling information out? How is it that these scum of the earth types get our information to begin with?
My reservation was fine! I didn't know about these calls. I showed up to the hotel. My room that was booked was available and waiting for us. So nothing but a bunch of lies!- Caller: Scammers R Us

- Sick of the calls replies to KaitActually, Called Expedia and they say they don't have either of those numbers. So it was Not Expedia. Which makes one wonder why you are trying to say it was a real call.
Maybe you were scammed or suckered in? If so, I am so sorry that happened to you.
The other option is that you trying to pretend to continue to scam people. - PilarJust got a voicemail (3 mins of background noise) from this number that was identified as Online Travel (Phoenix, AZ). No discernible message left. Looks like this number has been used since 2017 for the same nefarious purpose. Thank you, other posters.

- Expedia userSame thing... Got a call from this AZ number. I had already gotten emails claiming our flight had been canceled and to hurry and make new arrangements within 2 days. I knew it was a scam so I ignored it.
The voicemail said she was with Expedia following up on the emails about our flight changes. Gave me an 877 number. I always Google these numbers first and would never dial them directly. Always go straight to Expedia's website and use their number.
Anyway, obviously a scam but sadly, they seem to be getting smarter (even coming on these websites to claim the number is legit).- Caller: Expedia

- MikeHuntleton replies to huiThe number is correctly showing where its service provider is, but the caller is probably from India.
