BEWARE OF THE SCAM ARTIST CYNTHIA KERR
She / He places ads for cars with unusually low prices and then some b.s. story about being divorced and not having driver's license
She uses various cars and year models and use of paypal.  DO NOT  DEAL WITH HER.
I was not even close to falling for her b.s., but sadly some do
The old saying: If its too good to be true it is, applies very much here
I believe a good method of dealing with her is to make her believe the deal is real and keep her going. At least it will keep her busy until authorities find a way to track these losers down and put them away.

"Cynthia Kerr" almost scammed my family out of 32,995$ for a bmw. This is a huge wake up call, and if the deal is to good to be true, it is! She/He/ They will rot in Hell.

Now she is Patricia Hawkins. Instead of fake PayPal she is using Google Checkout!!!!!!!

My 2010 Chevrolet Corvette is still for sale. The asking price is $27,900,please note this price doesn't include shipping taxes, for an accurate cost provide me with your zip code or full address. Got the same message everyone else did about a 2007 Suburban, loaded that I found on Cars.com. The price was to good to be true, traded some emails with her and called her but she was very short on the phone, tried to fake her voice with a russian accent or something, made me even more suspiscious. Called Paypal and everything but we didn't get that far thank goodness for these websites. She uses the omaha area code, so I thought maybe legit. Beware of her.

Now she is selling a 2010 jaguar fx with 6500 miles for $23,587. Car is listed on cars.com in Chicago.
Same story with the divorce and moving to Omaha. The # she is using is 402-403-0312. Be very careful and I hope they catch Them!!

Sounded too good to be true. I researched her name and found all this info about her scams. Don't get scammed!!!!!!

Well, the first words I said were "too good to be true..." and what do you know.  Here is the ad I came across in regard to this scam:

Hahahahaha, its kind of funny really.  I knew when I replied to the advertisement for the car that it was too good to be true.  So I play the game and tied them up answering as many emails as I could string them along with.  Of course the first couple emails played out similarly to those noted above.  But when you ask something different, it throws her/him off.

My advice:  Ask questions, because the story falls apart quickly enough.  I asked for the carfax.  Cynthia (yeah right) replied back with pictures of a different color car, and a VIN number for a car in Texas.  Of course VIN matched the photos from today for a car at near double the price.  The advertised car a couple of weeks ago was a blue hard top in San Francisco.  She moved to Omaha, NE.  (so sayeth her email)  Now the car is a yellow convertable in Texas.  I pointed out that the VIN didn't match the original car and the emails stopped.  No reply to my request for a phone number to discuss the purchase of the vehicle since I didn't receive the carfax.  Too funny!!!

Like others have said, "If it is too good to be true, it probably is"  ...and I agree with Betsy, thanks to websites like this we can get confirmation of the scams, and a little advise.

Hopefully, the information above will trigger someone else's search.
