480-666-4983 has tried telling people who call them that they are renting out our house for $800, when it is actually up for rent for $1650.  We put a sign in the front window warning people of the scam.
They said they were texted info about "looking at the house and the scammers "cousin would show it"  but when the people got tho the house they said they had "run out for an emergency."  I assume they expect people to wire them the rent and deposit money.
In looking up this number, they supposedly have "For Rent" listings all over the United States.
They are rental scammers.

I hope you notified the police to keep an eye on the place, and make sure you change the locks in case they have keys.  Also notify all the realtors in your area as well.
